I was hosting a brunch meeting with several individuals, and this Chick-fil-A made it so easy to place my order. When I arrived, my order was ready to go, and they helped bring my items to my vehicle. Highly recommend Chick-fil-A catering from Gibson in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Liam was the one who helped me out, and his outstanding customer service earned this location 5 stars.

Pulled up to this CFA right now to order dinner. To the left of the drive thru were 2 cars getting their order taken but the right lane had no cars so myself & the car in front of me obviously took the right lane. Both myself & the car in front of me waited minutes at the menu without our order being taken. The 2 girls who were taking the other cars orders had already completed them & the cars moved forward. At this point no one was in line but us & the 2 workers just sat there talking to each other although they could see us sitting there. We both had to pull fwd & get our orders taken by the employee who took the cash. When I asked him if this was normal he said no & to tell them at the window when I pulled up. I did this & the worker just said “oh ok I’m sorry” while (what I assume was someone in charge as she had a gray jacket on) management sat in the background looking at me. Never have I had such horrible service at a CFA. Only reason it’s no 1 star is because I got my food.

This Chick-fil-A is ol reliable. They get it right. They’re open one more hour later than all the other Chick-fil-As and still deliver a fresh order. They’re incredibly clean and sanitary. When I crave fast food I eat NO where else except here.

Ice cream is always good and so are there grilled chicken options (that’s all I get).

I love coming here, the food is always the same. GREAT! I am always taken care of respectfully and politely. The environment is so relax. The food is always so good that I’m always thinking to myself why didn’t I order 2 sandwiches.

I got food poisoning here on 2/5/2026.

It was the only food I had eaten, and I have enough medical experience to know the difference.

I called the restaurant they did not care. A bunch of unprofessional teens answering the phone. I had already notified the city.

I hope you all didn’t harm any children. ✌

This is just an amazing place,! Methodology for delivering food, is exceptionally outstanding. The food is elegant. Also, I particularly like the crinkle cut fries,.. Best of all, they believe in taking Sunday off the day of rest,.. I looked at the menu more deeply at the motherboard as I drove through, and there are lots of things that I did not know that they served,.. lots of extras found no place else, give them a try!

Cashier captioning in West falling asleep although she was polite she was very sleepy. She couldn’t get our order right and then when we thought she did lo and behold 20 minutes later it was still wrong we got our order to go we went back in to get the order corrected and will be little by the manager and the people who work there in the kitchen. So won’t be going back

Food’s great but they consistently mess up orders. Have gone twice and the first time they completely got one of the meals wrong, The girl taking the order kind of snapped at us when we asked to drive forward to look at the menu, so we wondered if the mess up was intentional.. Second time wasn’t as bad but, let’s just say they’re pretty stingy with the sauces (even after specifically asking for a certain amount). I dont know what the issue is at this location but either way, it’s annoying.

Waited in line for 15 minutes for the wrong order/missing items and then went inside to correct it as I already paid for my full order, waited 15 more minutes just for them to tell us they weren’t even remaking the order at all. Finally, instead of remaking our order, handed us a coupon for a dessert and a chicken sandwich. As if that makes up for $35 worth of food
