I ordered a sausage scramble bowl with no hash browns. I got what I ordered but the eggs were not scrambled, only a few pieces of cheese. It looked bad! This is not the first time they’ve done this, but it is the worst.

Great Chick-fil-A! They have wonderful service and a very clean restaurant. We ordered a lot of food that came out in a timely manner. The shift lead was friendly and helpful. Obviously the mac and cheese was delicious and the fries cooked perfectly and chicken crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Can’t wait to eat here again!

Absolutely incredible. The best Chick-fil-A I’ve been to in a while. Our food was perfectly cooked. Juicy, not greasy chicken, perfectly salted waffle fries and great service.
Edit: January 20th: Arrived, got our food and didn’t get part of our order…Had to go all the way back to get it. Parking was awful, almost hit a sign while trying to get out of the parking lot. Needs bigger parking lot, can get trapped easily. Workers have been slacking a bit lately forgetting items.

Consistently poor product. Less than great service.
The crazy cut up chicken strips a month ago that even the staff was shocked by. Today it’s the half full frozen lemonade.

We moved up from the valley this summer. We don’t eat out a lot, but Chick-fil-A has always been our go to when we do because it’s always consistent. I’m sad that this isn’t the case with the only Chick-fil-A here in town. We’ve been several times because it’s convenient when we don’t want to cook, and don’t want to deal with downtown for dinner. All Chick-fil-As are busy, so I hope they don’t use that as an excuse. The cleanliness is not up to par with the valley locations. The booths and floor are always dirty. You can see the area they construct the salads and that space had food all over it like it hadn’t been wiped. During busy times the fries are good, but the chicken is nowhere near the level of the valley locations. It’s been very dark in color and dry. I’m assuming it’s due to old oil since food shouldn’t be sitting there long on the days it’s busy. I really hope management sees this and can improve this because Chick-fil-A is top tier for fast food, but this location is disappointing.

This location is the absolute best! If I ever have any issues, which are miniscule at most, they go above and beyond to make it right. Sarah, the owner is always very kind and present with a smile! Employees like Josh make this Chic-Fil-A a staple in our community! Thank you
