This Chick-fil-A is really big and has spaces for kids to play in a play area. It is really close to shopping, the Target, and EV Charging. They have fresh flowers on the tables a the plants outside look healthy and are blooming. The girl at the register, and all three other workers were super friendly and accommodating even though they are busy on a holiday Monday at noon.
I got grilled nuggets that were so delicious I didn’t even need their special sauce on them. My vanilla shake was also amazing!!

Celiacs can easily eat here. Employees open the door for you and greet you. The cashier was smiling, friendly, and personal able. She went beyond her job to be helpful. The happy atmosphere there reflected how customers were treated. Food was good and not greasy or oversalted. The Frosted Lemonade was great and not sour. I want it again.

My wife and I decided to have Chick-fil-A while we were in Tucson. I normally don’t review fast food restaurants And I am not necessarily reviewing the restaurant itself as Chick-fil-A always provides great service.

Kody is an exceptional employee, who from the second me and my wife walked in the door made us feel like a complete priority. He is attentive And was all over that restaurant taking care of not only me and my wife, but everybody there.

First time at chick-fil-a. Was quite impressed on how they took the orders. Two line entry to give orders one line entry to receive a order. Very organized. The food tasted really good, especially the chicken nuggets. I wish the chicken nuggets were larger. Waffle fries were fantastic. I would suggest trying Chick-fil-A for one time, then you will return to it because it is good!

Extremely disappointing experience. I placed a curbside order through the app for two milkshakes and waited over 45 minutes with no update or check-in. I was sick and intentionally chose curbside to avoid coming inside, yet no one ever came out or asked if I needed help.
After waiting far too long, I was forced to go inside just to pick up two drinks. Even then, not a single person proactively acknowledged the issue. When I asked to speak to the operations manager, multiple employees claimed they were the manager and asked if they could help instead. I explained that I had been given melted, old milkshakes, and all I was looking for was a simple apology, freshly made shakes, or a comp for the wasted time. None of that was offered.
After waiting another 10 minutes, I finally spoke to the actual operations manager, who gave me an excuse that curbside orders with only drinks “fall through the cracks.” That explanation was honestly stunning and unacceptable.
This experience showed a serious lack of organization, accountability, and basic customer service. I thanked them and let them know I will no longer be a customer. Very disappointing for a brand that claims to value service.

Went through the drive thru this afternoon. Told the nice girl that I wanted to redeem my medium mac n cheese reward. She repeats the order and it isn’t there (she had already scanned my code), so I remind her and then she repeats it again, says it’s covered, and gives a total. When I got home I looked in the bag to realize wow that’s a big medium. She rang in a large, which was not covered. Pictured here is a “large fry,” where is the rest of it??

This Chic fil A is your run of the mill fast food resturant. The day we were there place looked clean. The young lady taking our order was friendly,polite. Took our order then repeated it to make sure it was accurate.

Food was okay, I came in with my wife and tried to order a grilled wrap with fried chicken instead, and asked for no spring mix as well. I was told that all wraps are premade and I couldn’t make an adjustment like replacing the type of chicken. When I asked for no spring mix, they said they couldn’t do it because the wrap would just have chicken and tortilla, which is false, given my previous employment experience in the Chick-fil-A business I’m aware that it comes with corn, cheese, lettuce, spring mix, cabbage, and grilled chicken. I’ve ordered the exact wrap before at other locations with no issues so it’s disappointing to see the lack of effort the employees took to accommodate my small adjustments even though there is a designated individual on prep to make special salads/wraps.
