Brand new Building. Opened 11/4. This is from being there 11/5. DO NOT GO HERE! They must have lost every employee who knows how to get things done. My 5-10 min mobile order took 35 minutes to be ready. Somehow the place feels smaller and more crowded. Parking lot is bigger and they have fancy new ordering lines for drive through that are ridiculously packed right now. Stay away until they figure it out.

The absolute slowest chick fil a ever. Even when I’m the only person in the drive thru it takes forever. Was not busy inside either. Second time experiencing astronomical wait times. And employee made me lean out of the car to get my food because they didn’t want to step out the door.

First and last time customer, ordered 2 wraps to go, no I did not check that everything was in the bag, should not be MY responsibility to ensure employees do their job… fajita was old and very tough, hard on edges. Order & paid but not received 2 sauces when I spoke to manager she only wanted to offer insignificant resolution, you could tell she basically did not care….I will NEVER visit again….if you have take out be sure to remove all items ensure all items are, warm (mine was cold) and in the bag……2 employees handled my order 1 who selected items and one who delivered… ALL SELECTED SAUCED WERE NOT IN BAG……NOT ONE SAUCE, I ORDERED 2 SAUCES. This tells me they just go thru the motions and if you have a take out, due their employees job and make sure EVERYTHING IS WHAT YOU PAID FOR MANAGER DOESNT CARE just wants to move on.

This is the star Chickfila, much better than Ina-Marana (mediocre). The people are warm, kind, helpful and genuine. Zaria (I hope I didn’t misspell her name) made our experience extra special. It is worth it to drive further to this one for an exceptional experience. Thank Y’all for blessing our lunch <3

This was my first time visiting this chick-fil-a and it was my worst experience. 1. They’re lucky they have a pull out lane in the drive-thru otherwise everyone would’ve been stuck behind me and 3 other cars for 20 minutes. 2. I watched as they served 10+ cars behind me their food, yet mine was nowhere to be found for 20 minutes. 3. I put in a mobile order for a wrap and a free shake for my birthday. It took 20 minutes to make 2 things?? I get it if I had a huge order or something but I didn’t. 4. On top of it being an incomprehensible wait for only 2 items, they got my order wrong! Left the drive thru while I was double checking my bag and I have the wrong dressing. I would normally brush this off as not a big deal, but to take 20 minutes for my two item order and still get something wrong was very disappointing! So I am going to be upset because I hate avocado, definitely not my bday wish come true that’s for sure! 5. The only good thing about this experience was the poor employee running orders to the cars behind me, he noticed me waiting for a while and went inside to check on my order twice. Unfortunately it was still overall my worst experience at a Chick-fil-a. Get it together Chick-fil-a on Oracle!!

I do not know what happened to this chick-fil-a. I am never going to come back here, skip the wait and drive to Ina / Thornydale and I promise you’ll have your food faster than at this location. I’ve come here 3 times too many since the remodel. I don’t know who trained these people but they didn’t do it very well. They need to close again and re-train. It was perfect before service wise. Now with these new merging lanes you can never tell where your going, you have 5 different people confirming your order but good luck ever getting it, for being a corporation with tons of money this is sad. I also don’t want another free entree to “make up for the wait” I want them to fix it.

Food is delicious as always and the costumer service is really nice!! One thing I did notice though is that all other locations I go to fill up the small Mac and cheese bowl to a normal filled amount but this places leaves a lot of space. They really make sure that the small size is smaaaall, this was only a few bites compared to other places being a meal. I’m not sure if you get what you pay for but food was still delicious!

Ever since this Chick Fil A opened it’s been nothing but wrong orders for me, the first one I passed it, it was they’re first week and I assumpt all the pressure and new employees, 2nd time I was upset and called and I got the “let’s us make it better” type of conversation, ok; let that one go too, now THIS 3rd time!!!! It’s enough, it’s the closest to my house but I’m gonna have to make the drive to Ina/ Thornydale. This is beyond ridiculous, I can’t get to my house and enjoy the food because it ends up wrong in all the ways and sometimes my son picks my food up and he’ll just drop it off at my house, even get the names of other customers in my bag and no wonder they mess up the orders. I’m sorry Travis but this Chick Fil A ran way better before it went under new renovation. Very disappointed
