I walked up thinking we could sit inside but quickly realized there was outdoor seating only, and not a lot of it. I mean, it was very nice out the day I went, but most months in AZ are not. The staff were polite and moving to get things done!
Let’s get to the food. I mean it’s good, but it’s just okay and there’s really no separation from other fast food chicken sandwiches. There is nothing that sets it apart. The spicy deluxe was well balanced and the veggies were crisp. The chocolate chip cookie was soft but had a little crunch too. The waffle fries were crispy but there were more crumbs than full fries.

8 piece nuggets for 9.99 and this is the chicken you get and half order of fries . The first picture is actually a nugget in this meal.

This location repeatedly forgets to include sauce in orders, and since it’s exclusively a drive thru location, you don’t know until you get back to where you are going to eat.
Don’t know if you’ve ever tried eating chick fil a without chick fil a sauce, but it’s like eating a pack of saltines.

Im so pissed off right now, I live off 303 and camelback , but I was at eosfitness off waddell and Litchfield Park, I stop at chick fil a off 303 and waddell at 9:53pm order my food to get home and not have my fries after a long workout im hungry as hell.

Outdoor patio is our favorite since we can bring our dog! The patio is the only sitting area if you are “dining in” so don’t be alarmed that you walk up to order from the outside. They have most fans to keep you cool. Service and food is great like usual.

The 2 star is strictly because the food is decent. Everything else is trash. The entire concept. First, there’s very limited parking compared to what’s available for uber eats and DoorDash. Second, they’re immensely slow. It took nearly 20 minutes for our food to be ready. And when you order for dine-in, which is outdoor only (with no heaters mind you), you are to scan your table number, so they can bring your food directly to your table. Just sucks in the winter because it’s cold, and I can’t imagine it would be remotely bearable in the summer. Instead of doing what’s expected, they just stand at their door and shout your name. They also don’t say the classic “my pleasure” and weren’t kind at all. Lastly, the bathroom is a joke. They have two single stalls for the entire establishment, which all customers and employees are to use, so there’s a long wait for the restroom. We will definitely be avoiding this location and going to others not so far away. This location is the McDonald’s of Chick-Fil-A. Oh and apparently they don’t believe in cleanliness because both outdoor trash cans were overflowing and the dining area is filthy.

Day two of the newest Surprise location being open and our experience went off without a hitch. This location has a new concept of drive thru and walk up only. You read that right. There is no inside seating or play place here. Don’t worry they still offer curbside pickup; just order and get in line with the drive thru and let them know when you’re there. The double lane drive thru comes with multiple intercoms to order and merge at the pick up window. Service was as amazing as you have come to expect and we were in and out in under 10 minutes even with the massive amount of cars. They offer a great size patio with outside seating and walk up windows to order. We came for breakfast since last night the lines were insane but n opening day. Our food was tasty and my vanilla cold brew was perfect.

Ordered through the app for mobile drive thru waiting in line they brought out the cars behind me food then told me to move up to their waiting area. The car behind me had 2 bags of food. I had 2 chicken biscuits. Not sure how they are able to make all that food but a small order is a issue. They dont seem to be very intelligent at this place.

Don’t order drive thru, its not worth it. I waited over 20 minutes to get my order. Asked to park at #1 while everyone who ordered at the location kept passing by.
