I always enjoy a good Chick-fil-A stop. I feel like it’s an easy quick meal for the whole family. They always have decent service yet recently that doesn’t feel as personalized as they used to. I felt like they just wanted to rush us through. I am grateful for the lights and the more positive atmosphere for in house dining and the food always is decent while depending on order, it’s hard if they mix up things, like wanting a spicy chicken, don’t give you the extra sauce or pickles that you asked for.

The most disgraceful Chickflia there is. You will not receive the same service you get from other Chickflia at Spanish Fork location. The tables are always dirty and I always have to clean the table and chairs. They are always busy chit chatting so they never clean the place and always take forever to get the order ready and mess it up. And they never say my pleasure. It’s like they are shameful to say that and it really shows. Never welcomed and always serving with disgrace. Please get your act together

Chick fil a always does the food right. This location has their double drive thru and it can feel tight but totally fine for my suv next to other large vehicles. Always a good idea to double check for sauces in the drive thru here. Friendly staff.

The past 5 times we’ve gone they have messed up our order. We usually get drive thru and although we try and check something is always missing or our nuggets are breaded instead of grilled. With dairy and gluten allergies in the family, this is really disappointing. Usually am impressed with chick fil a but I guess not this location

Awesome place to eat no matter where you go. Number one item is customer service and they out shine anybody else. We got there during rush out with traffic out the door and the drive through looked like a parking lot. I had the same deluxe spicy chicken sandwich and it has never let me down. We also got the club sandwich and it too was fantastic. My wife got the wrap with the ranch avocado sauce and it was surprisingly great. When in doubt go to Chick-fil-A. It is in a busy part of town and parking may be limited.

Never had bad service at a Chick Fil A until now— our order took over 30 minutes to arrive to the table after the rest of our party had already finished eating. No apology or resolution attempts made by staff. When we inquired about our order after 20 minutes they told us to sit back down and that it was coming, very simple, small order.

Super disgusting I was drinking a strawberry shake. Straw wouldn’t suck up anymore and this is what I get at the bottom of my cup not only is it not from the strawberry that I ordered it’s grilled in chocolate syrup or chocolate nasty stuff so who knows what I just infected into my stomach This is absolutely ridiculous.

Never in my life had such a bad service at Chick Fil A until today! I went with my wife and mother in law to the drive through, we were greeted with such a bad attitude by the employee Keith. We wanted to redeem our reward and he made it seem so hard and we are inconveniencing him because he had to go back and add the reward! We are members of the reward program for a reason! We each chick fil A way too much and thus, we like the fact that we can use our rewards every now and then when we are collecting so many points! Keith had to go back and forth twice because he doesn’t want to communicate properly! Which resulted to get the good cold after it’s all said and done! We had such a bad experience to the point where we didn’t get to enjoy our food and wind up throwing it away. To add the icing to the cake, he brought the receipt and literally shoved it in my wifes hand hard enough that she was so scared of him! This is not a great representation of the brand and I’m almost certain that with this kind of attitude, he treats many customers this way. I took the time to write this review because I think the management should know what kind of employees they have and train them to represent what Chick Fil A stands for. Customers service is one of the main reason we like going there.

Our family was doing a one-day, multi-location taste-test of chicken tenders and fries, rating each on a 1-to-10 scale. Of the six brands we sampled that day, Chick-fil-A came out on top, with tender meat (real, not fabricated chopped bits) in a lightly seasoned, crispy coating (rated 7.55 on our scale), and fresh, nicely crisped waffle-shaped fries (7.33). We also liked the kale salad.
