Normally have such a good experience with chick fil a, but my sandwich looked like someone had taken a bite out of it. Couldn’t eat it, and the fries were overcooked weirdly.

In general I love chick fil a, but sometimes this location can be a bit frustrating. Went here while pregnant and they undercooked the nuggets I ordered, the breading was still basically white and soggy. We sent them back three times before we got actually hot and crispy nuggets. Recently I ordered bacon on my sandwich and they gave me the smallest pieces of bacon I’ve ever seen. Still giving it four stars because it’s not that expensive and chick fil a sauce is just that delicious… and the employees are always nice to us.

I just visited today’s location and im very concerned on how the Manger Zach treated me and treated his employee. When I ordered my meal I asked for an extra dressing. When I received my food I only saw one dressing. I asked the kind employee who handed me my food if I could get another one. She went back to retrieve it and I hear very loudly Zach say to her “No No No absolutely not!” I hear her Say “Zach, stop don’t do this!” Than he approached my window popped in and very rudely said “we are only allowed to give 2 dressings!” (Which is fine but I only saw one!) I said to him I only have one and he sat there while I dug around in my bag. I finally saw the other but it was under my salad. He could have handled this differently like nicely saying there should be 2 in there or something but instead the whole store heard him freak out about my inconvenience of asking for a second dressing. The girl who handed me my order I truly feel sorry for if this is how he normally acts.

Ate there last night and had such a great experience!! Had some great looking food, and an even better server Krista (may have spelled this wrong). She was so kind to us, especially to my friend Eliana! Krista needs a raise asap, or at least free chicken sandwiches for life.

Chick-fil-a does a great job with their food. They are very polite when people are ordering and they always put a smile on peoples faces!!
It does get a little busy sometimes but that’s because it is such a great place to eat and relax.

Sometimes they don’t season fried items(fries, hash browns) and I get sad and eat my potatoes that taste like oil. But when they do it’s pretty good. Besides that one time I got food poisoning from undercooked chicken on a salad. That was fun.

I got on here to simply say that Dallin was the nicest chick fil a person I’ve ever interacted with. I came here with my mom and sisters through the drive through and Dallin was so nice to us and made us all feel special.

Chick-fil-A… yet another company that has increased its prices and decreased its portions. I have stopped by here a few times a year and recently stopped by again, now knowing it will be my last.

1 crispy chicken sandwich and a some crispy chicken nuggets… $20+……

No Chick-fil-A. I appreciate who you are and who owns the company, but I don’t support shrinkflation in any form.

I look forward to the economic collapse, its long overdue.

Shrinkflation at Chic-fil-A Provo? This morning I ordered a Sausage Bowl meal and a Chicken burrito Drive Thru. The bowl meal was normally portioned, warm, and my child loved it. My burrito on the other hand was unusually small. The photo was after I opened the wrapper, split down the side, mostly tortilla, and Yes slightly larger than my key fob. It was wrapped tight like a sushi roll, the hash browns smashed into a potato paste. I get it this morning you were busy, I walked in saw the line and immediately exited because I didn’t have time. Just asking you to step it up, You’re the best in fast food breakfast:) 🙂 Thank you for your time and your team is so kind.
