Took a long time to get our order which is fine I get it new staff and busy but our French fries were COLD and half frozen!! We had to throw away our 2 large fries without eating a single one, way disappointed…waste of money and they need to learn to let them cook all the way and not rush. Food was barely warm. This is the second time this has happened. Chick fil a used to be a decent spot to get a chicken sandwich. I will need to wait a few months to try again. It was worse than a sams club wanna be.

i could be a little bias because chick fil a is one of my all time favorite places to eat at. however this location is one of the best in Weber county the food was super fresh and hot the service was fast and freindly the workers work hard the restaurant is very clean the drive thur does have a wait but not too long overall i give them a 9 out of 10 good job guys i will be back soon

I have had issues the last two times I have ordered here. Both times I was missing an item that I ordered. The first time I did the drive thru got home and realized I was missing a sandwich. Had to go clear back to get it. The second time I had it delivered for lunch ended up missing a 12 piece nugget and had to take. Longer lunch to go pick it up. They really need to make sure that all items are in the bags before giving them to the customer.

I love this place, however I dont agree with the political bias against equality concerning the LGBTQ+ community! The only reason we got food from here was because we had gift cards from Christmas! The food is as always outstanding unfortunately, I WILL NOT use my own personal funds to support any company that doesn’t support equality for ALL.

I have anxiety and if you have even a little bit of anxiety I do not suggest going in. My kids begged me to go and I was told they are pretty good about being gluten friendly. It was PACKED!!! People were standing waiting for a chair to open up. I struggled ordering and had to tell the lady I was having a lot of anxiety and she did pretty good at being patient with me and finding me when my order was ready.

Make sure you check your order before you pull away. I just hit a record with 3/3 on not getting my order right. This time….. no fries in the bag. How do you miss something that big. Such a joke to drive home and back the no compensation.
