Love chic-fil-a. This location though really needs to work on its mobile ordering line. Multiple times I stop here on my way to work and pre-order. Realize they don’t start the order until you arrive and scan for “mobile thru”. However nearly every time they serve cars in normal order line who haven’t ordered yet prior to me receiving my food. They need to prioritize and work on their mobile thru process if so then I would give them 5-stars. #efficiencies

Food is hot, got my order right. Wish they would have interacted with me more while I was waiting. Weight was reasonably short mobile ordering being combined with drive-thru seems to slow things down.

Service was great and the person who got our orders was nice. And the food smelled SO good. It took a little bit to get our food but that’s because the line was so big you knew the food was going to taste good.

This location is usually consistently better than others. But, I was taken aback when I was told I could not get the sauces I had normally requested because of a “limit.” I normally get 5 sauces, however, 2 of them are ketchups which they have sitting out in the restaurant. So really the amount of sauces that I actually wanted was at their limit of 3. I’m disappointed to say the least.

Not sure what the point of “Mobile-thru” is if I’m going to wait more than 10 minutes for my food AND watch the employee try to give MY order to 2 cars in line ahead of me. By the time they got it to me the fries were barely lukewarm, the dipping sauces were warm, and the shake was melted. No apology from the employee for the ridiculous wait, either. I love CFA but this location needs to get it together!

I’ve always appreciated Chick-fil-A’s commitment to excellent customer service, which is why I was disappointed by my recent visit. While waiting for assistance, I felt overlooked and experienced a delay compared to other customers. I understand that diversity can sometimes be challenging, especially in areas with fewer people of color, but I believe everyone deserves equal and welcoming service. I’m sharing this feedback not to criticize, but to encourage a more inclusive atmosphere for all guests. I hope my next visit will reflect the positive, friendly environment Chick-fil-A is known for.

We recently went through this drive thru and arrived at our house and found we didn’t have our chicken wrap. We went back feeling frustrated and we were greeted by Matt at the cashier. He did an amazing job at getting our chicken wrap quickly, refilled our drinks, and threw in a chicken sandwich. Matt is the reason for our 5 star review! He handled it very professionally. We went in frustrated and left happy. 🙂

This location has gone down hill. I did a mobile order and it said it was ready. Everyone behind me in the mobile order line got there’s before me. I had to ask the worker where it was and she just pulled it off the counter. I have to eat gluten free and they put a regular bun on my sandwich. I also ordered a Coke Zero and she gave me sweet tea!! Didn’t take a sip until I was almost home so disappointed. Drive a little extra and go to the 12th street location! They never mess up!
