Right off the bat a worker opened the door for us when we went in. Staff were very nice and they asked us about our day. About 30 seconds after sitting down our food was already brought to us, and there were 6 of us so there was a decent amount of food. One of the workers came to our table to make sure everything was good and she gave us all mints, which were fantastic. The place was also very clean and overall very friendly. The play place was also good for kids. I’ve never had a better experience at a fast food restaurant, would recommend 1000%. If there were more stars I would leave more.

Thank you for getting my granddaughter off of McDonald’s chicken nuggets! YUK! Now she actually eats her food. And now, I don’t mind taking her inside to eat.
Though small, she loves the play area. And I love the attentive service for adults and kids alike. Having one person dedicated to service in the dining area is brilliant. They bring placemats, stickers, etc for the kids, after dinner mints, refills and anything else you may need, all while keeping the dining area spotless. The flower on the table is a nice touch, too.
I don’t know if it’s a regular thing, but one night we went in and they had Bingo Night for the parents an kids. They used Smarties to mark the cards (my girl loaded up on them) and it was a blast! Also brilliant.
This is now our go to, and so much more healthy!

If I could give this place more stars I would. I know Chick Fil A is a chain and predictable food with good friendly “my pleasure” service. This is by far the best Chick Fil A in the Salt Lake valley if not the entire state. They have the best most consistent fries of any location I’ve ever been to. This is our family’s favorite Chick Fil A

I had a great experience at this Chick-fil-A! The food came out hot, fresh, and delicious — exactly what you hope for. Jared took my order and was super friendly and patient, making sure everything was just right. Donovan brought my food out quickly with a smile, and Aaron checked in on me while I was eating to make sure I had everything I needed. It’s rare to see that level of care and teamwork these days. You can really tell this location takes pride in great service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Taylorsville Chick-fil-A has a very high standard and if you feel like your visit missed the mark or was not satisfactory then I would recommend talking with Reid! He’s extremely hospitable!

We took our granddaughter there, her choice, for her birthday. The workers were so cute and nice. I didn’t get the young man’s name but he came and gave her a cookie and sang happy birthday to her! She loved it!

Chick Fila is always the perfect choice for a quick lunch without the fuss. It’s fine for dining in but better for takeout when you’re in a hurry. I would like to commend the staff taking orders for takeout in the drive thru area. They’re always cheerful and welcoming. They work very hard and are very patient especially when helping old folks like me navigate the app on our phones! Keep up the good work!

Stopped at this location for the first time after volunteering and was given the best, freshest Chick-fil-A original sandwich I’ve ever had! The cashier was Eliza and she was as nice as can be. I spoke to Maddie, the manager, to compliment both Eliza & the sandwich, and she too, was very kind and thoughtful. Wow! What an amazing CFA location!!!
