I had such a great experience at this Chick-fil-A. The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, and you can really feel how much they care about their customers. What impressed me the most was how happy and positive all the employees seemed. Everyone was smiling, working as a team, and genuinely enjoying what they do.
The service was fast and friendly, and the food was fresh and delicious as always. It’s not just about the food here—you can feel the good energy the moment you walk in. This location truly sets a great example of what customer service should be like. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone in the area!

UPDATE: They are now utilizing the Mobile Thru lanes as designed and I’m so happy with the service!
ORIGINAL REVIEW: I went out of my way to visit this location because they have Mobile Thru, only to find that the lanes combine at the end, completely defeating the purpose of Mobile Thru. I spoke to Larissa (who was super friendly and happy to listen to me) and shared my feedback. She advised that they are still learning which setup works best and ultimately may or may not keep Mobile Thru. I really hope they keep it and deploy it correctly—that will be the deciding factor in making this my new favorite location.

I had to place two catering orders yesterday, about 50 meals each, and one of them was needed within the hour. Since our office is inside the airport grounds, delivery can be tricky, so I was a little stressed calling in. Taylor picked up the phone and immediately put me at ease. Not only did they work with me to get everything delivered, but they double‑checked all the details and even made me laugh in the middle of the chaos.
When we went to pick up the first order, another employee offered my coworker and me a complimentary drink for the road, which was such a thoughtful touch. I honestly didn’t think they’d be able to pull off that many meals on such short notice, but they completely exceeded our expectations.
Working in Delta Air Lines Reservations, I know great customer service when I see it, and the level of care they showed blew me away. Seth helped with the order as well, and the feedback I received from everyone was nothing but positive. The food was great, but the people were even better.

This is a brand new location and it’s huge, clean, and already running extremely well. There were a few minor hiccups during the first couple of weeks, but they were handled quickly and everything has been smooth ever since. The owners are genuinely kind and it’s clear they take a lot of pride in making sure the place runs efficiently.
The layout flows really nicely and it’s always clean and well maintained. The only small inconvenience is that you can only turn right onto 3800 S when exiting, which can be a little frustrating, but it’s understandable given the traffic in the area. Overall, I’m very happy this location opened and it’s quickly become a great addition to the area.

We’ve eaten here 4 times already. We’re SOOO SOO happy to have a new Chick Fil A in the ‘hood! After visiting briefly with some of the team, we learned they’ve been working hard to prep for this restaurant. Our salads were fresh and fries crispy. Love the frosted lemonades too. They have the best vibe there. Love me some Chick Fil A!!

I love the quality of service sooo much. I always knew Chil-fil-a is a good brand, but I was deeply impressed with the employees working there. I was grateful for their kind service and smiles, willing to assist our family when I was trying to manage fives kids on my own. I really appreciate it guys!

First time at the store I was intrigued by the environment and atmosphere of the facility.
Staff was friendly and polite and met my needs, they were patient also. Not a long wait at all for our food I enjoyed it nuggets could’ve been a little more crispy and warm.

I just got the worst chicken sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. More than half of the chicken patty was hard and I couldn’t even chew it. And it tastes like they’ve never changed their fryer oil since they’ve opened. The quality of food has gotten worse every week that passes by. Hopefully they fix this before people stop going there.
