We loooove this Chick-Fill-A, everyone is so nice and friendly, they bring the order to your table and are always attentive. I tried the seasonal bbq bacon sandwich and it wasn’t anything wowing. The deluxe sandwich is still my favorite. I also tried the seasonal “Pineapple Dragonfruit” lemonade and it was too sweet even for me ( and I love sweet). Everything else is great, their ice cream is also really delicious!!

I honestly do not want to understand why this restaurant thinks that it is more than acceptable that at least 1/3 of all the drive thru customers happily are allowed to cut through the drive thru lane. You might be making 1/3 of your customers ecstatic, but you are certainly making 2/3’s of your customers beyond angry by forcing them to wait twice, if not three times longer in the drive thru. If you sincerely cared for your customers you would address this issue. Obviously you do not care about your customers. Any problem can be solved, but it does take want, drive and a real genuine desire to solve it. Obviously management could care less.

I placed a catering order for an early morning pickup. I was delighted it was all ready (but remained hot in transit, so the timing was impeccable), and I was greeted with such friendly service. I was concerned that it was charged properly as it was for a tax exempt organization and the cashier made a good effort to ensure everything was in order. I’ll definitely use them again!

Yesterday I stopped by chick fa le by sugar house with my wife. I asked for spicy deluxe large combo and my wife ordered food as well. As I head to the window to retrieve my food , I’m met with the wrong drink and size as well as not the amount of sauces I asked for. I asked why it wasn’t a large they said I was charged for medium I just shrugged it off but I noticed I only got 2 sauces when I asked for 8, before I ordered I mentioned I don’t mind paying extra. After I go inside to fix my drink and sauces I come home to find out I didn’t even get the right sandwich. It’s upsetting that you come from a long day of work and you can’t enjoy ur dinner I saw no point in going back since I was on my way home already. At that point I’d be wasting my gas going back.

I come to this location weekly but unfortunately my spicy chicken biscuit or spicey chicken sandwich is rarely warm. Make sure you don’t ask for cheese because they definitely do not warm it on the sandwich before they serve it to you. They literally just throw a slice of cheese that’s cold on it and serve it to you. I’ve just accepted this service with the food since I love chick fil a.

Staff is always great and the food is consistent. I recommend getting the app because you get a lot of rewards. If you’re going to order ahead of time, do it so you pick up in store otherwise you’re waiting just as long in the drive thru. But still wouldn’t recommend pick up because even though it’s supposed to be started when you get close, the app doesn’t tell them so you get there and have to wait

Wanted to try out the Chick- Fila breakfast for the first time in awhile- Had to repeat my simple order at the drive thru which was kind of annoying. The most frustrating part is seeing that online the spicy chicken fillet (Ala cart) is $2.50- However at the drive thru I was charged over twice as much ! $5.30 for something the size of a single chicken tender. Unreal level of discrepancies – Good breakfast but wont be back to play these pricing games. Bummer –

We stopped to pick up lunch while driving through town. The chicken sandwiches were fine, but the chicken nuggets ($7.29 for 12) were not edible. There were little hairy fibers in the breading, so my daughter wasn’t able to eat her lunch. I called the Sugarhouse location to notify the manager, but no one answered. I left a message.
This was honestly the only negative experience we’ve ever had at a Chick-fil-A.

I was charged (and given) extra food that I didn’t order. The cashier never repeated my order back to me. It was just extra fries, so i just kept them and shared with my family. The food was good except that the tomatoes were overripe and grainy.
The parking lot here is horrible. Very little room to maneuver and I got stuck in my parking spot waiting for the drive-thru line to move out of my way. For reference, I have a small car and still and issues.
