I love chick fil a, and this worker named will was just so kind and helpful. He needs a raise, sat down at a sticky table and he cleaned it up instantly!. Employee of the month type worker. If you see WILL make sure to say hi and tell him what a good worker he is. The food is also amazing!!

Pulled into the Chick-Fil-A in Lehi like I was entering a sacred temple, only to be greeted by an army of teenagers with iPads who already knew my order, my name, and possibly my blood type.
The line moved with the precision of a military operation, but the breakfast burritos were emotionally distant, like they knew I didn’t deserve them.
A cow statue outside tried to convert me to vegetarianism, but I wasn’t falling for that propaganda.
Inside, a child was reciting scripture to a chicken nugget before reverently baptizing it in sauce.
My diet lemonade was so sweet it gave me a toothache and a childhood memory about visiting ancient Mayan Temples that I don’t remember having.
5 stars, but I left questioning my life choices and the power of poultry.

If Only
My husband and I went through the drive through. They gave us the wrong order. We got home and did not want the other person’s order. We live about 10 minutes away but, we went back and let them know the name on the bag was not me.
They asked my name and brought out our actual order. It was cold and disgusting since it had been at least 20 minutes. They had just put it to the side and let the food get nasty. The only thing they asked was if we wanted to keep the wrong order. I didn’t really want to because it was things I didn’t like.
I had come to expect better than this from Chick-fil-A. Their prices are high enough that I would expect excellent customer service as well as the best food. It was my first time at a Chick-fil-A in Utah and it might be my last.

Food is always great here, everyone is super friendly and kick butt in general; darn good mix of sodas (ya know how some soda mixes are kind of syrupy and not great?), This mix and carbonation ratio IYKYK! I only say the atmosphere was 4 stars because, there was a creepy old man, staring too hard at the children playing that were most definitely not his, so I stared back until he left…Just made me super annoyed, for sure NOT the staff’s fault. So technically they get a 5 on the Atmosphere.

I went in last night and ordered some food via the drive-through. When we got our food we realized they forgot to add the chicken nuggets that we paid for. I totally get it though because they were definitely busy. We tried to get in contact with Chik-fil-a to see if we could reimbursed or at least get out chicken nuggets that we paid for. We called and it directed us to something like customer support, and it started a report or whatever. The lady said that there would be like an email or something that would tell us what to do next but I didn’t get anything. I just want my chicken nuggets though.

I asked the teller for while ordering for a pup cup or side of whipped cream and was told “they don’t always like to make them for people so I don’t want to charge you now. Ask at the window.” When I got to the window I was told “We no longer offer pupcups or sides of whipped cream.” Fry’s were cold and stale. Chicken was good. I never have these issues at the American Fork location. It’s not far I recommend getting food from that location
