My chicken tenders were well prepared, and although the fries were a tad undercooked in my latest visit, they still tasted great. For breakfast, the Chicken Biscuit is a classic, but sometimes the biscuit is too try for my liking. The Chicken, Egg, & Cheese Muffin is a good option, but I still haven’t figured out what sauce to pair it with to really round it out. So far I’ve ruled out Polynesian, Chick-fil-A, and Honey Mustard. I love their Hash Browns. Maybe not as good as their golden arched competitor, but pretty dang close.
My kids love the play place here. The parking lot can feel like a simulation of Frogger, so drive slow. Pro tip: if you need to head east on 12300 after leaving, I recommend exiting through the north end (McDonald’s exit) and take a left at the light as opposed to the main south exit and risking life, limb, and your deductible to crank it four lanes for a Tokyo drift U-turn.
It is no secret if you read the many existing bad reviews: customers and employees have repeatedly complained, not just about food quality declining, but especially about the unprofessional and humiliating behavior of certain senior managers — particularly Ms. Le… Despite these concerns being raised over and over, nothing has been done. It makes one wonder if corporate intervention is now necessary to restore the dignity of this store.
A few weeks ago, Ms. Le… publicly yelled at and embarrassed my granddaughter, who had simply come in with classmates for breakfast. It was completely unjustified and humiliating for a young student just trying to enjoy a visit.
I decided to see things for myself — and just a few days ago, during a simple food pickup, I witnessed Ms. Le… screaming at an employee (“Luc…”) right in front of me and other customers in the lobby. Ironically, she was shouting at them not to “yell” — but she was the one actually yelling, and loudly enough that everyone in the restaurant could hear. The poor employee lowered their head in embarrassment, while Ms. Le… continued, fully aware that guests were witnessing this.
This behavior is toxic, abusive, and completely unacceptable — both toward customers and employees. And the worst part is that it is a pattern, not a one-time slip. Many others have reported the same type of treatment in their reviews, and still management has failed to act.
Chick-fil-A corporate needs to step in. No employee deserves to be humiliated at work. No customer should feel uncomfortable witnessing these outbursts. This store is giving a bad name to a brand that so many of us have respected for years.
Until serious changes are made — starting with addressing the toxic behavior at the top — I cannot recommend this location to anyone.
Rating: ★☆☆☆☆
As a longtime customer who cherishes the Chick-fil-A brand for its values and service, it pains me to write this review. My recent experiences at the Draper location have been deeply troubling due to the conduct of a supervisor named Letty.
During a visit last month when Letty was not present, the difference was night and day. The team was efficient, the atmosphere was positive, and the employees seemed genuinely happy to be there. It was the wonderful experience I’ve come to expect.
This week, however, I returned to find Letty present, and the environment was toxic. I watched in dismay as she publicly yelled at a young team member named Aaron and then proceeded to embarrass another employee named Lucia in front of customers. Her demeanor was consistently upset and grumpy, creating palpable tension. This is not an isolated incident; I have witnessed her yelling at and abusing employees on multiple occasions, showing no concern for who is watching or listening.
My heart goes out to these hardworking young people and to the kind employee I’ve known named Candelai. No one should be subjected to public humiliation and verbal abuse at their workplace. It is demoralizing for the team and uncomfortable for customers who witness it.
I must ask: why is this behavior being allowed? It contradicts everything Chick-fil-A stands for. It harms employee morale, drives away dedicated staff, and tarnishes the reputation of this location. I am writing this out of genuine concern for the well-being of the employees and the future of a restaurant I have supported for years. I sincerely hope the owner and management will intervene, address this issue, and restore the respectful, positive environment this team deserves.
