I used to really enjoy Chick-fil-A — it was one of my go-to spots. Unfortunately, the quality of their service and food has declined over the years. The service has always been a bit slow, which I could overlook, but my recent experience changed everything.
I ordered their mac and cheese, something I’ve had many times before, but this time I found a fly in it. That was a huge disappointment. When you hold a brand to such a high standard, even a single mistake like that can completely shatter your trust.
I genuinely thought Chick-fil-A maintained exceptional cleanliness and quality, but it only took one experience to change my perception entirely. Truly disappointing.
To be honest my review of this place was a 5 stars before but I would not changed it if it wasn’t for the fly and the rude service when I mentioned it after calling them. Don’t be so defensive lady on the phone, it’s just room for improvements. You honestly could have changed my mind if you were more eloquently spoken.

The food is good. We’ve been to this location twice. Both times the hand sanitizer props open the door but is out. I let workers know, they say sorry but didn’t do anything or tell anyone else. How are people supposed to sanitize their hands? I ordered frosted lemonade but didn’t get it, had to go back to ask for it. My kid asked for an ice cream in a cup & he got an upside cone on a cup so asked to remake it because he doesn’t like cones.

Chickfila is just okay. I’ve never been disappointed at this location but Stephen is so nice! Such a good young man! There are others there who are just working and for the price and the quality of honestly do we expect anything more? It’s a $12 fast food meal with high school or early college kids serving us getting paid minimal wage to go home smelling like chicken and fries…

I drove by here last night and saw something I’d never seen before, not one vehicle in the drive thru? I thought maybe they’d closed early for the holidays or got robbed (kidn) so I had to pull in there and see what was going on. I found an employee bundled up in her coat waiting for anyone to help she looked so happy to see me, lol she even asked if we could still walk and talk while I gave her my order. She told me they’d blown out 14 cars in under 5 minutes before I pulled in! This is the kind of service you can expect every time! They don’t mess around and hands down the fastest drive thru in the industry! I don’t need to tell you how good the food is because we already know that part is one word: AMAZING! Love you guys and thank you for waiting outside in the cold for all of us to get through your drive thru faster than any “pit-stop” in Nascar! I have nothing negative to say about Chick-Fil-A because they make it that way! Facts! Always great food with amazing service thank you!

Great food. The shake was delicious with nice crunchy fries. The chicken was fried perfectly. But… friend found a pubic looking hair in his sandwich. Then reordered a new sandwich asked for +5 pickles and they gave him 13… Disappointing

Honestly one of the most frustrating Chick Fil A’s I’ve ever been to. It’s not uncommon to have my order either mixed up with someone else’s or outright just incorrectly prepared. Whenever I’m talking to an employee here it’s like I’m talking to an NPC that’s just reciting their prompt, or even worse I just had a stint where the one at the drive thru was cutting me off as though they were just trying to get through my order being taken.
Being this chick fil a is just simply the closest one to me it’s by nature easiest to default to, but frankly my experiences here have been almost uninviting and as someone that has been a Chick Fil A Signature Member for 8 years now, I can’t in good conscience endorse this location as living up to Chick Fil A’s standard of hospitality.

Did you know they have chicken noodle soup. I didn’t know until last week. Kid I work with brought me a bowl and I was pleasantly surprised at how good a fast food soup was. Lightning fast service in the drive through. Chicken nuggets are my go to, and the waffle fries are always good. Stop in here occasionally for lunch. Always busy but like I said fast service. Plenty of time on my 30 minute lunch (if I take one) to roll through here and get back to work. Not the most convenient location as the parking lots are connected to like 4 other places. On the bright side of that, there will be no lack of parking spots to choose. I always suggest hitting the drive through here because during busy hours (aka lunch hour) they have what seems to be a couple crews staffing outside: taking orders, building orders, and hand delivering orders to vehicles. The only hard part can be getting out of the parking lot as the only way in to the drive through is also the only way out. Most people are courteous drives and will let you out. Some people will turn and block the only way out, because they’re retired or at least should be. Don’t be that guy or gal that stops the flow in the parking lot by not being patient and waiting your turn. Your lunch is not more important than mine. Thanks

To say the fries are good would be a lie. These fries changed my life. The wizard at the fryer added the perfect amount of salt with the perfect crispiness. It was like a hug from a long lost friend. It was almost indecent how I devoured these prize. This is the aftermath of my slaughter.

One thing i love about ChikFilA. You know the food is fresh 99% of the time. You know your order will be accurate 99% of the time. And of course, it’s actually good. Their milkshake is hands down my favorite from any “fast food” place.
Spicy chickin deluxe is amazing. The kids meal is also not bad.

I go here often, my last trip was on Friday during the dinner rush. I saw Kelli, the operator (store owner), out cleaning trash in the parking lot, then greeting customers, and finally when I was in the drive thru lane she was expediting orders. I have 7 years experience in fast food, and recognize someone who’s dedicated to making sure her store is clean, customers are happy, and that service is fast; it’s not easy doing all of that at once! Kelli is amazing, a real example for her great staff, and someone dedicated to the Chick-fil-A way.
I also had great service from Grace who helped me with my order in the drive-thru line. She’s kind, sweet, and has an extremely happy and positive presence. I didn’t have a great day at work but she cheered me up & left me with a smile on my face, i really appreciate her! 🙂
