I had such an awesome experience at Chick-fil-A, and Adrienne truly made it even better! From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, friendly, and had such a positive attitude. She made the ordering process smooth and easy, answered my questions with patience, and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it.
The food was very yummy fresh, hot, and made perfectly. You can really tell when employees care about doing their job well, and Adrienne definitely does. My order came out quickly, and everything tasted amazing. The chicken was cooked perfectly, the fries were hot and crispy, and overall it was just a great meal.
Customer service like that really makes a difference. Adrienne went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience, and it didn’t go unnoticed. I’ll definitely be coming back because of both the awesome food and the outstanding service!

In September 2025, we visited Chick-fil-A on West State Street in American Fork, Utah. Chick-fil-A has a great reputation for serving delicious food, and it is not uncommon to see full parking lots and 30 cars in the drive-thru for this location. The American Fork Chick-fil-A was closed for a few months for remodeling and renovation. Now in the drive-thru, there is an overhead roof and fans blowing out water mist air. We love visiting Chick-fil-A and eating their delicious food offerings.

Christian at Chick-fil-A delivered some of the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. He was fast, professional, and genuinely friendly, making the whole experience smooth and welcoming even during a busy rush. My order was accurate, fresh, and came out quickly, and Christian still took the time to make sure everything was right before I left. Employees like him are exactly why people keep coming back. Highly recommend this location if Christian is on shift.

We’ve always had good experiences here, but tonight was really exceptional, thanks to a sweet employee named Alice. She was so attentive and kind, picking up our trash and filling our waters and bringing around mints. My 6 year old said “I want to come see her every day!” All the employees were kind, one even brought my daughter a free cookie. Food was great, very clean, kids love the play place.

This drive through is a massive liability to alloy wheels. I have been driving on high end rims for a decade and never so much as kissed a curb. The concrete layout of their mobile through is virtually impossible to navigate safely. The shape does not follow elevated cues that can be seen through side mirrors. So even though you’re clear of guiding posts there are rogue popouts of concrete that obliterated my rim today. The concrete in question is caked in black rubber from all the tires that have hit it.
Pair this with their staff jumping around all over the place and nobody directing merging traffic and it’s gross negligence at worst and idiocy at best. Enraged at this new design and I am done with this restaurant.

This is my favorite Chick-fil-A branch! Aways excellent customer service. I’ve never interacted with management but they are running things properly because the staff is incredible friendly and cheerful. A lot of other food locations have staff that will treat you with contempt as if it’s your fault they have a job they hate. Everyone here seems to enjoy their job. Food is always hot and fresh. Bathrooms are immaculate.

Christian is the Best worker I’ve ever had. He was so nice so welcoming and just amazing and Sarah made some gas sandwiches for me, but Christian really deserves a raise like it’s unbearable that he’s getting paid that little he should be getting 1,00,000 an hour. But all joke aside he was super nice and kind to me and my friends and made are venture here so much better.

Drive through service sucks!!
This location has two lanes. One lane for a drive-through the other for mobile app. I should’ve just done the mobile app lane because it was empty but my wife has the app and I don’t and I was driving. So we waited in the long drive-through lane while multiple cars passed us in the lane . We waited 15 minutes just in the line to get to someone that could take our order. There was only one lady taking orders. When we finally got to her, she said pull up to the microphone and they will do that and she took someone else’s order. I guess that’s OK because I thought it would go fast. The person on the microphone asked for our order three times because according to them people were talking to them and they couldn’t hear us. After we gave our order three times it came out wrong. During the time we were giving our order to the microphone three Times More people pass us by on the mobile app. Very frustrating. The order was wrong. I will never go through the drive-through at that location ever again. Also, I asked them to get me a cherry Coke and if they did not have a cherry Coke to get me a regular Coke. At the end, I ended up with a cherry berry Coke. That was definitely not what I wanted and it was way more expensive. But after 30 minutes of waiting, I had no more time to try to correct the order. Horrible experience.

You can ask for your chicken grilled or fried making it friendly for all different types of customers. They also have crispy fries, creamy mac and cheese and smooth shakes in many different flavors. The price is usually about 10-12 dollars per meal which is reasonable for the quantity of food that is given. The service is fast with the average wait time being 8-10 minutes! Overall, Chick-fil-A is convenient, fast and provides many options for different customers.
