We came on opening day and also the next day. As busy as it was on opening day, we walked in and got a table right away. We ordered at our table on the mobile app and it took about 13 minutes for our food. Everything was pretty relaxed, employees were all so friendly and engaging, everything was operating smoothly and efficiently. Second day it was quieter and we had the same experience, didn’t have to wait for a table or wait long for our food. One thing I noticed was that Chick-fil-A is for everyone.. it was so diverse in the lobby. Older couples, younger couples, high school kids, college kids, moms with their babies, friends enjoying a meal, coworkers eating on lunch.. it was really cool to see so many different people come together over food.

I went at 10am opening morning. There was already a 3 star review. Come on man – they JUST opened at 630am! There is minimal staff compared to the copius amounts of people camping out 18 hours before they even opened. You people have clearly never had to work in food service! Cut them some slack or go buy your sauce at Wal-Mart!
I expected crazy lines, but at 10 there really wasn’t any. I was probably only in line for 20 mins. Everyone was SUPER friendly, despite standing in the cold. It was raining sideways today with 30mph winds. Hail at some points. Everyone was smiling despite it all. I had a BIG order for my husband’s shop, so they had me pull to the side and wait. One of the guys from out of town that’s here to help open was super sweet and gave me a dessert coupon for the wait – which was totally unnecessary (but won’t go to waste!)
The only complaint I could even come up with was the crazy line later in the day when I was just trying to get out of the mall. No Chick-fil-A employee is to blame for that – just rude people thinking I’m trying to cut the line when really they were blocking the road and I was just trying to leave work ♀️
Keep up the good work and don’t let the rude people get to you!

So glad Moscow finally has a (real) Chick-fil-a! Opening night was great! Very fast service despite the fact that there were hundreds of customers. Nathan did a great job taking our order! Everyone seemed happy and genuinely excited about working there.

From the excited customers camped out front in 65mph winds (amazing) to the happy staff, this was a great grand opening experience!
The lines moved smoothly and all team members had a smile even during such a stressful event.
The food was hot, fresh, and tasted wonderful.
The Cow was a huge success and all the kids in costumes was fun to see.
Not rain, not hail, not 65mph winds can keep people from their chicken!
