Quality of food is going down unfortunately. Comparable to mcdonald’s with two sad pickles on my chicken sandwich, one of which didn’t even make it on the sandwich.

The workers are nice, but they don’t know what they’re doing. I have been here a lot, and they often mess up basic things like frozen lemonade, and the chicken has even been undercooked a few times. I’m hesitant to complain because I’m not really about that, but I have definitely been sick from their nuggets before. So I figured the least I could do was write a bad review, which they do deserve unfortunately.

We brought in a large group of middle schoolers to order lunch and the whole staff was extremely patient, friendly, and helpful. Corinne gave special attention and help to our students who are learning English and was so sweet. The manager (whose name I didn’t catch) came out and (with what may have been his own personal credit card) helped a kid who was 1 cent short on his meal. The not-taking-cash thing made things really complicated for our kids but the staff was phenomenal and made up for the inconvenience. Thanks for being such nice humans!

The food is good but the girl with the red hair is the rudest person I have ever came in contact with. I watched her throw everyone’s bags down and when my boyfriend went to get his food and asked for a straw she practically threw it at him. I won’t get food from there if she is working anymore.

Usually I love Chick FIL A however this week we had company from out of town who have never eaten there. After bragging on how good the food was everyone was so excited to try them out. Well started out our order was messed up but the MGR was quick to fix the error with an attitude with as she voided out our order took all our food back then rerung up our order. When we finally got our food back it was cold. Then the chicken strips were only the size of McDonald’s chicken nuggets and the kids meal chicken nuggets were tidbit pieces of chicken. Our spicy chicken fillets were much smaller than our buns and our buns were soggy and fell apart when we were trying to eat them. My granddaughter ordered avocado dressing her salad and did not receive it. It definitely was not worth the $70 we paid for our meal. We will not be returning.

Food is awesome, great for fast food, straight up chicken, mayo and pickles. Never tried the BSU location, but I hear it’s like all stadiums not as good as a normal restaurant.. Their opening up by Big Al’s and we can’t wait.. Now if Boise could bring in a White Castle & In & Out we truly would have a great city.. 😉

I normally work in Nampa but my company needed me to work in Boise for a day. I went to chick-for-a and order a sandwich when I arrived at the window my card was declined. I immediately knew the problem was that my significant other had not transferred money into that account, but it was the only debit card I had. I asked to drive around and just come inside while I waited for her to make the transfer so that I could pay. The people at the window turned me down, instead they just gave me the food. I was surprised and very happy.
