I was asked if I was doing anything fun tonight. I answered, “if seeing your mom at the hospital is fun, im doing that”
Moments later at my table, a young lady approached with a meal card and Keychain for my mom. Then, after I teared up, she brought more.
It’s kind of weird to me how well the customer service is here. Been here one other time during family game night and it was the same level of greatness. It’s way better than any big restaraunt, which weirds me out, because now I expect this level of awesome sauce.

Good job everyone at downtown chic fil a, you weird me out in a good way

I remember the first time I “dined in” at a Chik Fil A. I was stressed. Had a baby and a hungry toddler. Dining in sounded like the worst idea in the world. But my toddler wanted to see the play area. So I was going to make it happen, tired and stressed – no excuses. I go in with my hands full of kids and chaos and I expect the typical fast food dining experience. Not happening. It was like five star concierge at your service. A gentleman quickly got me a squeaky clean high chair and set it up for me complete with place mat, without asking! They brought the food to my table, cleaned my mess, gave me refills, and all with a smile! I was in heaven. Listen, I’m not super wild about chicken nuggets, but they do them well. But the service! Egads! It’s incredible. 10/10. No notes. Every single time.

I never write reviews, but I cannot keep quiet about this location. The very best service, beautiful building letting in lots of natural light, great play place for my kids, it’s always busy when we go and they are so fast and efficient and never fall behind. My husband and I love coming here with our kids so they can play and we actually get a little date in! The list could go on and on. The BEST location!

Went through the drive thru for a quick lunch break and they were awesome enough to give me a gift card for my choice of desert on my next visit because my food wasn’t prepared by the time I got up to the window. I’ve never received anything like this before when I got up to the window and they weren’t finished preparing it. The food was finished and brought out to my vehicle minutes later. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. Great service and awesome place to eat. Thank you Chick-fil-A

Impeccable service. The employees took our trays when we were done, threw away our trash, offered to get us more sauce, and refilled our drinks. They were cheerful, kind, and eager to serve. Best service I’ve had from a fast food place before. Plus the food came out really quick!

This place has always been a GREAT stop for us, however this evening Maddi (sp?) was absolutely, amazingly, awesome. My son won both of his wrestling matches and so he picked here for dinner she went out of her way to ask him about it and congratulate him and make him feel special even though the restaurant was full. Thank you Maddi!!

I love this chick fil a!! I wanted to recognize a really sweet employee. I didn’t catch her name, but she had long red hair. Super sweet and kind! It took a little bit for my sandwich. While we waited she carried on conversation and made me feel appreciated as a customer. She gave me a coupon and a keychain which I love. I liked that. I pretty much only go to chick fil a when I get fast food
