The food was pretty good. Their spicy chicken burger wasn’t spicy in my opinion but still tasted good. I enjoyed the lemonade.
We went for lunch on Valentine’s Day and on some of the tables there were flowers. It was my first time there, so I don’t know if the flowers are there everyday.

Why is this chicken so good? I don’t know! What I do know is it is tender and juicy and consistent. The fries are amazing and consistent. The service is wonderful and consistent. If any of it wasn’t consistent, I bet they would fix it in a heart beat. Great place, good flow for how busy it is.

We had a fantastic experience at this Chick-fil-A!! My son has a dairy allergy and they made sure his food was without cheese and milk. They made his egg whites separately and made sure there was no cross contamination. He had an egg white bowl with sausage and tater tots. They were very accommodating and kind about making sure my son could eat without any issues. We will definitely be back!!! Thank you Chick-fil-A in Cheyenne!!!! ❤️

Where I live we don’t have a chick-fil-a…. So I was super excited to finally get some on a school VB trip to a town where it was available. We had a 4 1/2 hour drive home so everyone ordered our food to go. Once on the road I was able to open my 8 piece chicken nugget and was massively disappointed at what I found. Not only did I not get all 8 pieces, but they were also so burnt I couldn’t eat them. The fries were good, but definitely not the meal I ordered or full after just the fries. That was a long drive home being hungry.

I used the app and the drive thru at 12:30pm. Big mistake. It took over 30 minutes to get through the line. I may go back, but it won’t be during an core meal times. They need to staff up better for those peak times.

I was last there in September 2024. It was it just a another dinner. I ordered the veggie wrap deluxe. At first, I ordered just the regular one without knowing it was just cabbage. The kind lady that took our order came over and asked if I wanted the wrap that had lettuce, tomatoes. Those sort of things. I said yes and she changed it over. I’m so thankful that she did that. So overall, good experience, nice waitress and some tasty and 100% cruelty free food.

Food was okay. Bread was soggy but the chicken was good. Tasted like it had been sitting on a rack staying warm before serving. Waffle fries were amazing though, fresh and hot.

A thin piece of chicken, cheese & bacon sandwich. Must have the sauce! Otherwise not much flavor to it. The waffle fries are very good. I just don’t get how people go for the food. It’s an average tasting sandwich, but people are always lined up for it.

Ordered a bacon breakfast bowl. After a lengthy wait, the bowl arrived. I opened the lid and looked inside, NO BACON! Chicken instead. I checked the receipt on top and it clearly says BACON. I waved down the guy who brought the bowl out and pointed out the error. He apologized and said go ahead and keep that bowl and he would get it straightened out. He came back and said they were making a new one for me. Fine I said and ate the chicken bowl. Finished the bowl and kept waiting for him to come back and he never did. I decided to go up to the counter to try and confront him but he was nowhere to be found. I asked for the duty manager and they said she was in back in the kitchen. Maybe she fired the guy who doesn’t know the difference between bacon and chicken. I never did see the guy who originally helped me, maybe he quit. I did talk to a guy who i guess was the next best thing to a manager at the time and explained the situation and he stared at me like a deer in head lights. I really don’t wonder why businesses close down. I do wonder why people go back to these places and except poor service. Not me, I won’t go back there. Panera is close, I’ll go there instead.
