I usually have no issues with most chick fil a locations, but this one I do on occasion. Tonight I ordered my usual Cobb salad. Extra egg (they only give you half of a tiny boiled egg to begin with). I requested to remove the corn and substituted garden herb ranch for the avocado ranch that is standard.
I got my salad and I know from experience in the past (mostly at a certain location in another state where I was all summer) to check my salad to make sure my extra egg is there. There was absolutely no egg anywhere. I told the guy at the window and he took it and sent me to park off to the side to wait. They brought my salad, I checked for the eggs, and my son and I went home. I start eating my salad and suddenly I’m finding corn in the salad. Not a lot. I’m assuming they started putting corn and then realized and tried to scoop it out and missed some. Very disappointed by this experience.

i watched 5 cars get helped in the drive thru before i was helped and i arrived before them. unbelievably long wait, even if you put in an order ahead of time. there was also black stuff in my eggs.

Food is great when they get your order correct. Problem is they required me to fix there error for them. I ordered correctly received the wrong meal and was made to go through an exchange process that just didn’t make sense. Had to return to my vehicle to grab my wallet. Altogether ridiculous as we went out of our way to come to this location due to the higher review. Caitlyn the manager could have made this correct much easier but instead made the customer the problem. Do better chick fil a.

Great staff, friendly service, the drive thru is unpleasant to get to, people will cut you off in line you will have to block a entrance to the parking lot just to stay in line for the drive-thru.
Other than that I take your order quickly. Very polite. Takes your payment very polite and have your food ready by the time you get to the window and the only issue I have is the line for drive-thru.

Everything was to expectations. However, my husbands hash browns came half empty and the spicy chicken in the biscuits was rather small in comparison to the biscuit size.

I ordered two chicken sandwich meals and 2 brownies and two shakes .one chocolate and one strawberry. The whole thing cost $37.50 and I do like the food here but I wish it would come with sauces or something instead of having them come on the side. And this time I ordered them grilled I won’t be ordering like that again will be ordering them deep fried or however they make them . But I don’t recommend grilled.

Love this place but could use significant improvement. Wife went through the drive thru today and she got back to find out her order was wrong. I went there this evening and I got back in my order was wrong. Lesson: Always check your order before leaving this place.

I have been to many Chick fil a location throughout many states and they all have been consistent with the high expectations you become used to and look for when visiting a Chick fil a. But…. but… THIS Chick fil a exceeded even the best. I’m traveling back to Missouri and I can honestly say I firmly believe this is the best in the nation!
