Due to the person taking our drive through order being too busy talking to a friend and not trained properly how to use the iPad we were told to wait in a pickup spot for our food. After 15 min my husband went inside to get a refill on his drink. They gave him our order profusely apologizing with free cookies. When we finally reached our hotel to eat the food, I realized they forgot my salad dressing that the order taker asked 3 times if it was the right one… I have NEVER been this disappointed in chickfila, wont be back to this location.

I’ve had such a great experience here. Literally the best people ever all of the people who work there are so incredible. However, I did not get my whipped cream nor did I get my maraschino cherry. Those are probably my favorite part about getting a milkshake… To say the least, I was upset about that however I don’t have a single bad thing to say about the people who work there!

Definitely the slowest chick-Fil-a drive through I’ve ever been through. Usually they’re quite efficient and fast than other fast food restaurants but spent at least 15 minutes just waiting in line. Then they ran out of fresh coffee during breakfast and had to wait an extra 5 minutes for that.

Chick-fil-A never disappoints.
As always they have a super long drive through line but it seemed to move quickly. Wifey and I chose to dine in “a smarter choice IMO” there was only 2 people ahead of us. They brought our food to our table in about 5 minutes and even came back around to see if we would like a refill of our drinks!
The food was amazing as usual, the employees seemed to have a great relationship and respect for each other “I overhear some of their small talk” 5 STARS ALL DAY EVERY DAY! oh I had the deluxe spicy chicken sandwich meal and chicken strips with the Polynesian and Chick-fil-A sauce. Sooooooo yummy!!

I visited on Oct 14 around 10:30am. I ordered chicken biscuit sandwiches. When I finally got to the window the service person informed me that they were “out of biscuits” and asked if an english muffin was okay. I declined. A manager came to the window and apologized and asked again if I would like english muffins again. I told them no and that Id like a refund. He assured me that I would get refunded and I left.
Today I looked at my bank statements and found that they did not refund me and still charged me $20 for an order I never received.
I never go to chick-fil-a because it always takes 20+ mins, but this is just one more reason to never go back.

Nothing worse than being in a rush and going through drive-thru and getting your order wrong. No one controling the line in the parking lot. Had a lot of cars passing me in line cause I could not see which lane to pick when turning into the lanes. Attendant was extremely slow. I Asked for half sweet and half unsweetened tea and got only unsweetened . No napkins at all in my bag. And worse of all……. No sauce.

We went through the drive thru and had our order submitted at 8:33. We had a big order so we were understanding when they had us pull forward. Around 8:55, we began to wonder where our order was. We didn’t go in earlier because multiple workers looked at us and we assumed they would try to figure out why there’s still a car waiting. At 9:05 we went in and we overheard a worker say they thought we were from the car waiting, which shows that they knew we were waiting for something, yet did nothing. We told them how long we’ve been waiting and that we wanted an update on where the order was. They grabbed a manager, he took our receipt, said that it’d be out shortly, and then disappeared. We didn’t get an apology, a coupon, a mention of a refund or anything and by the time we got our order all we got was a “sorry” from the bagger. I get mistakes happen, but no one tried to fix or mend the situation, and despite the workers knowing we waited 30 minutes for the order, they still gave us half filled fries. I’m disappointed in this Chick-fil-A, I’ve never had this happen at the Orchard location, and I’ve never had such a bad customer service experience.

Used drive through at about 5 PM for a basic meal combo (sandwich, fries and drink)…even with two lanes and pre-order folks…took almost 30 minutes. That was going through the line and instructed to pull over for food to be brought out. Very popular place.

I ordered a pretzel cheddar club meal. First I was told I can only get 3 sauces never has that happend. Then I get home open my bag I got 1sauce. And I got an order that wasn’t mine.

Ordered delivery – chick fil a forgot my large fries, as well as the almonds for my salad. The salad was DRENCHED in dressing making it inedible. Worst chick fil an experience i’ve had in my 29 years of life.
