Placed a mobile order at 4:30 for pick up in drive through. Took at least 10 mins to get to the screen for ordering. Someone came to my service quick on there which is good but the line was just not moving up! By the time I got up to the window it was 4:55. The workers were nice in the drive through. I looked into the bag, there was not a fork for my Mac n cheese or condiments. Inside, the service was quick because there was no one in line and the worker was nice and gave me some sauces but I really don’t know why it was taking for long for them to make peoples food… the fries were not good! Not very warm and the bottom half of them were just straight scraps.

I had a great customer service experience at Chick-fil-A thanks to Nay. She was welcoming, smiling, and extremely professional. I had an issue with a catering order, and she handled it with professionalism and a positive attitude, making everything right. Her excellent service truly made a difference and reflects the high standards of Chick-fil-A.

The food is decent but I rarely get my full order through the drive through. It’s rarely worth driving back for a refund, but they’ve been cheerful when I do so, although even that can take a while if they’re busy. At this point I try to talk the family out of ordering from here any more, and this latest episode is starting to sway them too.

Pretty good fast food chicken. The chicken biscuit at breakfast is good, but the coffee is drinkable although not great. The hashbrowns and waffle fries are average.
Service is great as at all Chick-fil-A locations especially at the drive through.

I don’t understand why everytime I order anything from here either somethings missing or just not right. First time I ordered a GF burger and by time I got to the window they said they didn’t defrost them so they refunded me and gave me a wrap instead. 2nd time was off GH and they put the sandwich together sloppy, 3rd time I asked for GF and they gave me a reg sandwich. Thankfully I’m not allergic but if someone didn’t know any better they could have done serious damage. The guy over the speaker couldn’t even get my name right and was talking to his coworkers and we could hear him. What a messy chic fil a.

worst experience ever this morning!!! we got our order wrong first off, then got told to pull off to the side to wait for our food. we proceeded to wait for 10 mins. i finally went in and they completely forgot my order!!!! i then open my food and this is how it looked. to finally top it off they gave us the “be our guest” cards and they’re expired!!!!! so disappointing cfa. DO BETTER

I’ve been coming to this Chick-fil-A location for the past 16 years since it’s the closest one to my workplace. Overall, I’ve always appreciated their service, but I want to share some feedback for others placing multiple orders. Please make sure to double-check your food before leaving the restaurant.
Several times when I ordered group orders, I’ve found items missing — such as fries, drinks or sauces — and today, one of my orders was short a sandwich (only 6 out of 7 were included). I understand lunchtime is their busiest time of day, and mistakes can happen, but it’s frustrating when you’ve waited over 10 minutes in the drive-thru and don’t have time to go back during your lunch break.
I hope this helps the staff pay a bit more attention to accuracy during busy hours.

They gave me the wrong order. Entirely wrong order. My car is in as a red car. I cant eat spicy food and diet soda is used my points for the wrong meal. Extremely disappointed

I love Chick fille but I was disappointed! The staff did not clean up the tables, and the floors was mess. me and my husband every weekend have lunch in this place. Please the management make sure your staff do theirs jobs.
