This Chick-fil-A place is great. I got deluxe sandwich meal. The burger was good, the chicken tasted fresh and was juicy. Fries were crispy. I was there at around 7pm, and it was a bit busy. The restaurant is clean and I really liked these Christmas decorations.

I picked up a chicken sandwich using mobile-thru. I didn’t get any of the sauce I ordered, and part of the bun was straight up flour. Gross.

They must have gotten new hires cause this chick fil a was always on it but I’m annoyed now. This is the second time I said “no cheese” and you guys keep adding cheese. What’s the point of altering my order if y’all are going to just grab an already packaged sandwich and just reheat it ? I can’t even eat it again.

Food was fresh and tasty. Service was speedy and friendly. The chicken sandwich was delicious, as it was crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. Prices are affordable. The drive through line moved quickly. Employee at the pick up window chats with you while you wait to pass the time.

Visited this Chick-fil-A on 1/10/26 around 10:00 AM. The food itself was good, but the drive-thru service was very poor and inconsiderate. The employee taking orders, a high school–aged girl with dark hair and glasses, was distracted, talking and laughing with coworkers instead of paying attention, which caused the line to back up.
My order was taken completely wrong. When I tried to let her know at the window, she turned around and continued laughing instead of addressing the issue so I just gave up on her. It also took an unusually long time just to pay because she kept turning away to talk while I just sat in my truck awkwardly holding out to pay. This was very frustrating since it was a personally a busy morning for myself and I basically received one kid’s meal instead of the two entrée meals I ordered. Will definitely not be going back to this Chick-fil-A ever if that is how the staff operates.

Service is just okay, not the typical friendly Chic-fil-A service you’d expect, more so very nonchalant. Drive was backed up out the wazoo. Went inside to expect faster service, to find out most of the staff (even the managers) were just standing around not doing anything or having social hour…. I won’t be back to say the least. The GM needs to do the annual inspection asap so the team can get it together quick….

Compared to others chick-fil-a this one is ok. I feel like this location is slow in the drive thru and tend to be pretty slow. Employees are also snobbish what happened to “my pleasure” . It’s the closest location to cap hill but honestly I’ll go to another location if i crave it.

Been coming here since it opened as I live in the bel mar area. Great to see employees stay here long time and recognize the faces. Only downside is they’ve severely outgrown the location. And the lack of curbside is annoying. They really should just buy the old red lobster location down the street and move over there. At this point I feel like I can go to the southwest location and back and it be just as fast with less headache of the parking lot congestion.

The food was pretty good this time. The only thing that I enjoy going there for is there’s a lady there that is a Hispanic older lady that is so nice to me. Treat me so good and with so much respect I wish I knew her name but she’s the only one I go there for there’s a lady there. That is the manager kind of short stocky Caucasian female. She said she is the one who’s in charge kind of frizzy here and heavy set. Very very mean rude and nasty. I would not recommend this place or talk to her. I asked if she had a job for my son she said for him to apply she never contacted him. She is the meanest and nastiest person and fake person I’ve ever met. I really like this place because my son worked there before and now my younger son wants to apply because he had such a good experience before, but this lady has made it horrible to even want to go back there. She is the manager Caucasian white female mid 40s her 50s and very nasty and mean to people I don’t even understand how she’s the manager how the owner would even have her as someone in charge, I never will understand a Christian establishment but yet with very horrible management.

The best Chik-Fil-A.
Our family had just came in when a league of team walked in. Though it was packed they functioned very fast and efficiently. I had to wipe down my own table which was a bit odd but understood. For the amount of people who were on the floor working that shift…I only seen 1 guy hustling to get all the tables done and wiped. Maybe management should be more in balanced of employees like they are with the guests. But overall food is always great.
Oh and by the way.. the walls need some attention
Update- I been here twice through Drive thru and they have missed a sandwich every time . please check your bags before leaving off ..they been lacking on consistency and lack of “pleasure”to the customers .
