Wow!!! Never have I ever been to a Chick-fil-A like this. Nope, it’s not a compliment. I came in and placed my order with a number 1 with extra tomatoes, lettuce, pickles and pepper jack…. They got it right after I returned not one but three sandwiches!! the last incorrect sandwich I went up to the counter and asked to speak to the manager and he said he was busy to ask another manager!!! The other manager was taking food to someone’s table or car so the assistant manager ( I think) took the sandwich and made the corrections. Wow!!! I have traveled all over the United States and order Chick-fil-A and yes, they have messed up before but always take care of me and get it right!!! Very disappointed. Maybe get them to do some more training? Not sure but the entire team looks like they need a bit more support or training. Customer service is huge at Chick-fil-A!!! Not this one.

So I am usually a HUGE fan of Chick-fil-A but this location did not live up to my typical experience. My grilled chicken was overcooked. I asked for my peppermint shake to be held and yet it was served with my meal. I was able to get them to put it in the freezer and whether it was forgotten or they decided to prepare it fresh when I went back. I did get a fresh shake.

But, these misteps color your guests experience. Guest are not going to lunch to problem solve and if it’s not possible to hold my shake when I order, then please let me know when I ask. But, telling me that it can be held and then serving it with my meal is not okay.

I don’t want it melting while I am eating, in case you are asking why it matters.

So please, if you don’t know what your policy is ask. If it’s your policy than please honor it…

Ordered from the drive through and the food wasn’t ready so I was told to pull up front. After 10 minutes and them bringing food out to 2 other cars I went inside to get the food. After standing there for several minutes without being helped somebody finally asked what I needed. I said I had a drive through order. Turns out it was on the counter the entire time and they just forgot about it and thought it was funny.

Hands down the worst run Chick-fil-a in the area. Just go to another one.

I went here a lil before they closed and the night crew was the most respectful and kind. The gentlemen there were really attentive, I know my lord and savior Jesus Christ would have been proud of this Chick-fil-A & crew.

This is the worst chic fil a I’ve ever been too.
Totally disorganized with car orders;
no logic with taking orders or organizing cars/names with their orders

There were 4 ppl standing cramped in the take out window area, yet no one doing anything beyond joking around and pretending to sweep. All while a barrage of cars was waiting behind me, even more disgruntled.

I get that this isn’t a forever job, but friendly advice, being organized will make the job easier for y’all in addition to simply being the way to run any business (for the owner / manager).

Horrible customer service. Inaccurate times given to the mobile app pick up. I was told to arrive within 1 to 3 minutes after arriving. I was not approached for five minutes and still had to wait another 11 minutes for my food that was supposed to be ready. They do talk friendly however, they’re not the best as far as serving, timing and greeting customers promptly.

JACOB, your restaurant and staff were so amazing during our visit, from the warm smiles, kindness and excellent service, I just want to take a second and express my gratitude to everyone for saving the day of two little girls birthday party’s It was Mackenzies 1st and Sky’s 13th! On your birthday to lol I hope you have an amazing day with your family and thank you so much for accommodating my lil family on a very special day for us! I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone they truly do go above and beyond! Thank you so much!

This morning I waited 3-5 minutes in the restaurant trying to order while employees goofed around talking and being non attentive to customers. Employees even looked at me several times and no one came to counter and I was the only person waiting for service. Then while eating employees continue to goof around laughing and not working. This is so unlike a CHick Fil A restaurant. Manager needs to address this situation.

Placed an order for a cater a few days ahead. Received a follow up phone call the day prior to confirm everything. Upon arrival the food was being brought out. Everything was hot and fresh and the staff and service was friendly. Great location.
