Edit: since there’s no email address or care given. Please see pictures of the salad I received. Picked at it because the lettuce looked old. As I was removing the old lettuce I saw something dark… a BUG was in the lettuce!!!!! Absolutely disgusting. Adding in pictures to my review now. The extra cost for the salad isn’t the issue. It’s the fact that you think it was okay to even service lettuce the way this looked and to see there was a bug in the food.

I liked the homemade chicken nuggets, mac-n-cheese with bacon was delicious too with my family. They are closed Sunday for Spiritual reasons. A great bite to eat and quick with walk-up hosts to serve and restaurant quality, great that serves as a last minute meal on the go.

I am a huge fan of Chick-fil-A and visit this location very often. I have to provide feedback on one consistent issue that has become very frustrating: the portion size for the Large Waffle Fries.

This was probably the best experience I have had at a Chick-fil-A in a long time. Xavier definitely went above and beyond. He was running around in circles, but still managed to maintain his composure and his respect for everyone around him, including staff and customers alike. We will definitely be back and give that boy a raise.

I was intrigued by a culture that places such emphasis on joyful customer service. Customers know and appreciate the hospitality inside but it now extends to the outside. And the customers have seen the drive-thru where an employee walks up to a car in line and takes their order on their little computer and submits the order. It speeds things up, and most importantly it is a personal touch.

I was very disappointed with my recent visit. The food appeared and smelled old, and it lacked the fresh quality that Chick-fil-A is usually known for. The overall taste was unpleasant, which made the experience even more disappointing considering today’s high prices. I expect better quality and attention to detail for the cost. Additionally, the customer service was not very welcoming or friendly, which added to the negative experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements to ensure customers receive the level of quality and service they’re paying for.

First off it’s not my fault you all are false advertising that salad WITH A WHOLE EGG ON IT WITH NO YOLK ONLY CUT UP WHITES FOR $.80 ITS RIDICULOUS! Customers should know that they are not getting a whole for a whole salad ONLY HALF A EGG EGG WHITE ENDS! Always come here never had a problem with service not sure if crew is new and/or management but never have a problem. I order a salad and was unaware that for a ten dollor salad you get half a egg barely any yolk mostly the end of an egg for $.80 that I had got ordered on the side so I could cut up then when I asked for a whole egg things got complicated for staff as if asking for whole egg was confusing for them. The worker cinitha asked the manager a blond short haired lady about me getting a whole egg & stated she had to charge me half a egg x2 two for a whole egg purchase like it was going to be problem to pay for a whole egg which was not a big deal.. it was how I was handled over a egg . Also that the receipt says “EGGG” not half egg so the customer is aware that if they want a WHOLE EGG they would need to purchase 2 HALF EGGS you understand where I coming from… customers should be aware and able to have a WHOLE EGG or if they’d like 2EGGS it’s the fact of being aware! SO “MY PLEASURE” IS CRAZY! $.80 for EGG WHITES is crazy too!

Service is excellent as at all Chic-fil-As. The space itself is large, clean and comfortable. There are fresh flowers on each of the tables. They do have unsecured Wi-Fi for customers.
Abundant parking is available around the restaurant.

This is the second time at this location where they’ve forgotten one of my entrees. I ordered an 8 count nugget meal, and they completely forgot the nuggets. I’m really disappointed as this keeps happening and the person who is supposed to be checking the orders doesn’t look them over. I’m out $5 again. If you are able to head to a different location instead, please do.
