I would like to share my experience with this establishment, which I consider to be exceptional. Their lemonade is, without a doubt, the finest I have ever had the pleasure of tasting. I have returned on consecutive occasions solely to purchase their lemonade, as it is incredibly refreshing, and I eagerly anticipate enjoying it during the summer months. This place also holds sentimental value for me, as my brother and I used to frequent it, bringing back cherished memories now that he is no longer with us.
Their sandwiches are truly delightful, with chicken that is consistently succulent and tender. The salads are equally impressive, especially when paired with their vinaigrette. And, of course, their fries with Chick-fil-A sauce are simply exquisite. I wholeheartedly recommend a visit here. It is, however, a minor disappointment that they are not open on Sundays. Placed an order at drive through before closing and after paying and receiving my order I noticed my side of MacNcheese was missing . I let the servant know and her response was “That’s ok they didn’t charge you for it” so instead of her rectifying the situation I had to place another order for a MacNcheese. I understand that people make mistakes but I asked for a side of MacNcheese not a side of attitude.

Wow! Place order on app waited for my order…nothing…called my food was sitting on counter! Took 25min longer after call to deliver yet manager was Upset when I asked to be refunded since my order so late! Will order from the N Zaragoza store from now on..the Montana branch always TOO BUSY. But loved Charlie the delivery guy and my doggo did also will miss him super sweet guy!

I only ever order Chick-fil- A on Uber because they take great pride in making sure the order is correct and packaged properly. Today you let me down BIG TIME! I called 2 separate times and spoke with a “manager” to tell them that our order was missing 2 sides of fries. They offered NO HELP! I understand it was through a 3rd party, but the store is the one who packaged the order and it was sealed shut! I am shocked at the lack of customer service received today and inability to offer help. I expect this from other fast food chains not Chick-fil-A. I will not be ordering from here in the future and have already told my friends and family who are equally shocked at the way this was handled.

Just got into El Paso today from Chihuahua and was very excited to pick up Chic fil A as I still have a 5 hour drive ahead of me. I ordered a Spicy deluxe, the ladies at the drive thru were very quick and attentive, got my food and quickly went to go fill up gas. I just looked at my burger and there is NOTHING spicy or deluxe about what received. It’s literally just the bun that I received with chicken, no lettuce, tomato or cheese. I go to this Chic fil A everytime I head up to Northern Texas since it’s right along my way, usually the service is phenomenal but today it was just disappointing.

The staff was amazing. Food came out really fast and workers would check in to make sure everything was good and if we needed refills. The one thing I liked that I don’t see at the Florida locations is the complimentary mouthwash in the bathroom. Great feature. All the Chick-fil-A are similar in design so I only took a pic of the dispenser in the bathroom, lol.

Well not from the area or this location but the location of this restaurant is ugly. The parking lot was overly packed. Had a hard time finding parking.
Created an App order, got there 15 mints late due to the ugly traffic and construction after the creation of the app order.
Come to find out that they didn’t submit the order to get processed to be picked up. Had to wait another 15-20 mints.
No apology.

Fast efficient and food always tastes amazing. Staff is always super friendly and attentive. I never have to wait ten minutes for my food. It is always ready super fast.

Staff is always super friendly! It’s a pleasure eating here. It’s always clean, staff roams around checking on everyone, picking up your trash so u don’t have to. Service is on par with actual sit down restaurants. The grilled nuggets are a great snack, their Mac and cheese is the best I’ve had from a fast food spot. My son raves about the spicy chicken sandwich and waffle fries!
