Let me start by mentioning two young men by the names of Jorge and Ethan they are so awesome and always welcomes me by my name. They are friendly, have an awesome personality plus they have integrity. They always gets my order correct for me and my family and before we leave they thanks us for stopping by. The food is always fresh and the experience leaves us speechless in the best way possible. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone looking for an awesome atmosphere and a variety of delicious food. Thank you for the genuine and transparent hospitality.

I went to this location with some work friends and we all ordered separate items. Each of our ordered Andre’s all came out hot and were appropriately prepared and packaged. My birthday had just passed, so I went back to order my birthday brownie snack attack. Everything was as ordered and fresh as I would expect from a Chick-fil-A restaurant. There was an employee cleaning the restrooms while I was there. Always my favorite restaurant until it’s not.

Terrible experience. Please go to a different Chic Fil A because this place will give you a completely butchered order and make it completely inedible. The WORST Chic Fil A I have ever encountered and should be shut down IMMEDIATELY, or a completely different staff change.

Gave me Dr Pepper, small hashbrowns and zero sauce(when I ordered chic fil a sauce)
Called and they told me to take it up with uber eats with zero willingness to make it right.
Put the order where it deserves it to be, THE TRASH.

Me and a friend went to chick fil a after a play date for some food and a bit more fun for the kids since they have a little play ground. There was a worker there that I must commend. She was polite, respectful, her personality was so bright and she was just a joy. Usually encounters are fast and fleeting. But she really made a difference from a decent place to go, to “we are definitely coming to this chick fil a”!! Jessey is an outstanding member. Thank you!!!

Chick-fil-A is normally awesome. Everyone knows that. But the breakfast was just terrible. I got the bowl with eggs and sausage everything was cold the cheese was not melted at all and the sausage was a tiny tiny piece that wouldn’t feed a chipmunk.
The young lady at counter made me fresh hot coffee and she was super nice – Service is never an issue there, It was just the breakfast bowl was terrible.

My son loves this place and I haven’t ate Chick-fil-A in a while. First off, I was annoyed that the parking was full and the drive thru was long. I had to park at Whataburger under the sign that says “…Parking for Whataburger customers only, will tow…” My 18yo son kept saying, “just minor inconveniences mom.” As hangry as I was, I couldn’t help but feel irritated. As we waited in the long line inside I noticed that we might have to eat outside bc there was no tables. By the time we got to put in our order some tables freed up. I realized that my son was right, minor inconveniences. It really didn’t take that long waiting in the long line and our order came out pretty fast. The workers were very nice. An older gentleman kept asking if we were okay and got my son a refill on his drink. I still think they need more parking but other than that it was pretty awesome.

A message to the owner: This location is amazing! The food is great, fresh 8/10 times, which is good odds! All of your managers are super nice, except the lady with the blonde hair. She always has a long face, hardly smiles, and anytime you ask her for anything her facial expressions say that you’re bothering her. If she’s not a morning person, perhaps she should switch to evening shift. Her attitude ruins my mornings sometimes. I get happy when I see any other manager than her.

Food is good, no complaints. Customer service is poor. I’m waiting to see if they will refund the soup I never received. One of my family members went to pick up the food to avoid Uber costs and we ended up with a missing soup. I only requested that it get refunded to my card but the lady who I spoke to (Asinu) said she couldn’t unless I go in person. This means I would have to drive for a total of 30 mins to get 4 dollars back. I find that pretty ridiculous! She kept telling me unfortunately this, unfortunately that. I don’t want a credit that I can use another time because I don’t live close by and I rarely go there. I just want the money back for an item that wasn’t provided. What is so complicated about this? If I drive over there, there should be an incentive as I’m already wasting gas/money for this. She told me to call the cares line but they told me the restaurant decides what they will do in the end. I had a good experience with this restaurant in the past and I don’t feel the same way about it anymore. They also put 2 of the burgers in the wrong box.

Great location awesome customer service. Great to hear care of your employees outside. Its super cold and you have super courteous employees and still providing great service. Please continue taking care of employees. Working outside in El Paso is definitely something to commend. Its either really hot, really bad air quality,windy,or super cold.

Out of 5 orders, only 1 was correct.
2 orders of kids 6 piece nuggets had 5 in them.
2 orders of deluxe sandwich were spicy and not regular.
The only order they got right was a kids 2 piece chicken strip with a fruit cup.
Had to wait 5 minutes for the person taking our order to figure out how to make water a drink.. how can water not be a selectable drink?
