It was my first visit there. I had been given a gift card and decided to use it to get my dinner that night. When I arrived, Brooklynn, stopped the task she was doing, and greeted me with a smile and cheerful attitude. She was clean in appearance, friendly and very helpful. When I explained that I had planned on using the digital gift card but was unfamiliar on how to do it, she didn’t make me feel like an idiot. She handled everything smoothly and quickly. She even stopped to chat for a moment while my order was being prepared. I have a client/patient that lives just down the street from this store/restaurant. Because of Brooklynn’s enthusiastic personality, I will be stopping in again when I’ve had a long shift and don’t wish to cook. Kudos to Chick-fil-A for having the foresight to hiring this excellent employee who is a great asset to the company.

People here play to much during what supposed to be work. Ugly music blasting from the kitchen, people yelling at each other. A group of 3 employees in the front watching YouTube videos. All while giving out the wrong order. Save you money go elsewhere.

I do not know if I was just that hungry or if the sandwich was that good but the grilled chicken sandwich really hit the spot. They do not take cards at the register, you have to use the Grub Hub kiosk. This restaurant is in a cozy spacious joint food court on UTEP’s campus.

Went in today to get in a quick meal, however was informed that they didn’t have readily available regular chicken sandwiches,
However this was made up for by the excellent Customer Service provided by Victoria.
Victoria offered to get me a spicy chicken sandwich and it came out delicious, she even offered me a complimentary drink!

Definitely loved the well seasoned large waffle fries for less than $3, full of flavor. The location is very ideal for students like me that take classes at the COBA building nearby or like to study & chill out at the library; quite a huge break from the usual distress in the Union dining lounge. Nice, polite employees as well!
