I visited this Chick-fil-A and I was highly disappointed with their customer service. My order was taken down wrong which caused me to not get everything I thought I had ordered. When I voiced what I was missing, the young boy delivering my food, rolled his eyes and was upset that I asked for the additional items that were missing. I travel a lot and by far this has been the worst Chick-fil-A location I’ve visited and definitely won’t be going back to.

The last several times I’ve gone to this location, the salads have been pretty gross. I have to dig out half of my salad because it’s turning black and by the time I’m done, 1/4 of the lettuce is left. This location isn’t doing a very good job with filtering their lettuce for salads and it’s really sad because I love this location. It’s just pretty much made it to where I don’t ever get salads here anymore and neither do my friends because it’s honesty a waste of $13 when you barely get to eat what you bought. I’ve had to do this four times now to my salad and it’s disappointing at this point. I will not be going to this location anymore.

After paying for 4.15 for a small cup of yogurt I barley get any in my cup. I asked the lady if I get any more because my cup wasn’t even half way full. She told me that I only get one scoop. I order yogurt all the time and never have one that’s this empty. Employees are also rude and not helpful when it comes to customer service. All I hear is employees yelling about how long the drive thru was. Very disappointed in this Chick-fil-A. I will not be back to this chick fil a.

For starters, my order wasn’t correct. Even though the lady at the drive-thru read my order back to me and it was right when she read it back. Secondly, I didn’t get the silverware I asked for as well. I don’t think it’s very hard to give somebody a fork to eat their mac & cheese with. And lastly, when did they start charging for empty containers? This is the only Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to that’s tried to charge me for one
