I grabbed lunch here around 11:30 on 7/17 on my way through town. The staff were extremely warm and welcoming, as per usual for this franchise, but I never take it for granted! The grilled chicken club with pepper Jack cheese was delicious. And the fries were hot and fresh and seasoned perfectly, and were fantastic dipped in the sriracha sauce. Great stop on the way through town to keep me going strong for the rest of my journey!

Went to get breakfast this morning and can definitely see why they were not busy at all. The girl at the window couldn’t be bothered to greet or smile. She just shoved the order out without a thank you or have a good day. I have never had this experience at a Chic fil A before. Starbucks next door would be your better option.

Food great. Chick fil a web on phone didn’t say dine in closed at 9. Didn’t need to drive across Abilene to it and find the door was locked. Could have just driven through the one that said dine in was closed. Oops

Ate the chicken minis (4 pack). Had the Mocha Creme Cold Brew. So creamy and sweet. Kept me awake all day. The sausage, egg and cheese biscuit. Had never had the biscuit. Oh so cheesy. Hot and so delicious. Staff was very efficient. There were about 15 cars in line. Our orders were taken and processed extremely swiftly.

Chick Fil a is always amazing. But this location was fantastic. The food was great, service was great, and the restaurant was clean. I always get a “my pleasure” which m, let’s be honest, we’ve all come to love and enjoy a pit chick Fil a. This location is right next to wal mart and easily accessible from I-20. It’s also in close proximity to ACU which is very nice. Next time you’re in Abilene, stop by! It’s great!

We just got done eating food from this chic fil a. We got there 1 minute before they closed but they were so awesome and open to serving us. And the food even though they were about to close was probably the best food I’ve had from chic fil a. Definitely go here if you want great service, amazing food, and the experience of a lifetime!!!!

Busy all the time but the manager actually took our order and was very fast and knowledgeable. Saw him taking a pick up order out to a customer’s car as well. Not the biggest fan of CfA but come here often.

Prices seem to be creeping up (like everywhere) but it’s always great food! My only dislike of this location is the lack of curbside pickup so you have to wait in the drive through line or go inside (where the pickup spot is right by the entrance causing a major traffic jam). Otherwise Chick-fil-A never disappoints!

I would have given all 5 stars however – I placed a mobile order. The gentleman at the start of the drive thru confirmed my order. But when I got to the window the young lady insisted the drink she had on hand was the one I ordered (iced watermelon mint) when in fact it was supposed to be frosted…. Get to the window finally and a second employee tells me the same thing. I ordered the wrong drink. So I just took what they gave me and drove around to the main entrance. Looked over my mobile order once more and WRONG! THEY WERE IN FACT WRONG!! I placed an order for the frosted drink lol leni thought! It took what seemed to be forever for the manager to come see my mobile order. And then it was like me he was mad because 1-i insisted to haveu correct ordered drink. 2-not one bit 2 of his employees read the order screen wrong. No worries still amazing food, amazing customer service on most days.
