I usually enjoy Chick-fil-A, but this is the third time my order was missing sauces or items.
I understand mistakes happen, especially during busy hours, but it’s becoming a pattern.
It would be helpful if there were a better checking system before handing off orders.
I hope this location improves, because the food itself is great.

I stopped by today at around 1pm to get my usual grilled Chicken Sandwich Meal. My order was prepared promptly. I was so delighted to see Miss Rebecca on the register. I hadn’t seen her in a while. I must say she has by far the best customer service out of any Chick Fil A in the area. She is definitely a good representation for your company.

I just made a quick stop for their breakfast mini sandwiches. I ordered the 10 piece (i was sharing) and a drink and it was almost $20 for just those 2 menu items. They seemed to be more affordable but I guess like everything else right now, it just seemed overpriced for what you get. Don’t get me wrong, the food was good, but it just felt unfulfilling after paying.

Had a solid experience at Chick-fil-A. Service was quick and friendly, just what you’d expect. Cam was my cashier—made good eye contact and handled the order smoothly. Always appreciate the consistency with any Chick-Fil-A I go to.

We were doing a mobile order at Chick-fil-A and I live off 620 N. Austin, TX 78717. When I put in the ZIP Code for the closest Chick-fil-A, it said 620 N 78717 so I obviously thought it was the Chick-fil-A one block from me. When o drove through they told me they didn’t have anything. I had to pull up my email and when the manager came out they said they were the “great oaks” Chick-fil-A. This was puzzling because 1 that didn’t show up o. Their app as the closest and 2 they are on 620 not great oaks. They are 100% on 620 with no cross street. When I asked if they could honor it anyway so we didn’t have to drive 10 miles to the other one, the manager said “nope”. I run multiple businesses. To me this was bad business. Any other franchise would go ahead and honor it. I def won’t be ordering from this location again:

I love Chick-fil-A. Drive past the other day, with an empty stomach and nowhere to be urgently. Flipped a U and went back to enjoy a nice grilled chicken BLT with fries and chocolate shake. Mmmm–mmmm good is about all I can say. Lots of friendly people, both employees and customers, in a family friendly atmosphere.

Chick Fil A has gone downhill. It took a few minutes for anyone to show up at the counter. The girl with braids working the counter forgot what I told her as soon as I said my order. I asked for a sauce at the end and when she brought the meal she forgot it. On top of this, tables are dirty and paper towel dispensers don’t work here. Chick Fil A used to be a place I’d come to for stellar customer service that made you feel welcome, now it’s just like McDonald’s.

Recently drove through the drive thru to pick up a complementary frozen coffee as a birthday gift from Chick Fil A and also ordered some fries. The kind staff took care of the fries as well!! What a surprise and pleasant experience. I’d heard that this location wasn’t the greatest with customer service, but my experience has been positive and kudos to the staff for their kindness and efficiency. Will return for sure!!

I ordered a large catering order. It was scheduled to be ready between 5:30-5:45pm. I arrived at 545pm, walked in lobby. No one else was in lobby and the front staff didn’t great me or ask if they could help me. I had to get their attention to ask about my order. I was told they were working on it. After waiting in the front for 15 minutes with no update and everyone avoiding me, I went up to the front to address the manager about my order. She just looked at me, printed out the order and started working on it. When it was finally ready, she handed me the order and said “Here’s you order, no one told me your waiting” very rudely. No apologies, no thank you for waiting, no explanation as to why it was 35 minutes late!!!

This location needs to be avoided because it’s not run to Chick-fil-A standards. The cleanliness of the location is unacceptable. All of the tables were dirty and I sat next to the trash can just overflowing with trash. Not only that, but both of the trash cans were overflowing. Very unpleasant.
They also gave me the wrong drink because they gave me a drink for someone named Matthew. The first time I was here they were very slow and the second time I was here they missed items in my order. This time they are dirty and gave me the wrong order. This Chick-fil-A needs new management
