Was excited that they opened a chicfila in Manor and has by far been the worse experience compared to other locations. First 3 times which was closer to when they opened my order was either missing something or incorrect. I know being a new location it may come with hiccups so I was always patient. Unfortunately it is a continuous issues. At least twice my mcmuffin was horribly burnt and wrong type of egg. This morning was the definitely the worse. I ordered 3 meals 2 were correct and the third order was supposed to be a sausage, egg white and cheese biscuit meal. Instead I recieved a super dry and limp piece of chicken with egg whites and cheese. Unfortunately I ordered from doordash and called the store but only could get a refund from door dash other than that they weren’t able to remake my food and my kid was left hungry. The piece of chicken was so dry to the point it was inedible. Not sure why this location is so inconsistent but I will now start driving to pflugerville for my food beccause they seem to always mess my order up.

So glad this Chick-fil-A opened up so close to our neighborhood! Love the modern building and it’s a nice looking drive through. We were here twice – a day or two after the grand opening and the drive through had lines out the freeway, but the service was surprisingly fast and the line cranked along.
Mobile order was fast and easy. You scan this barcode to let them know you’re here and by the time your car is at the window they’d have your food ready. Staff was very friendly and the guy even remembered us the 2nd time we went there.
Chicken was so tender. We ordered nearly everything on the menu. First time around we had the spicy chicken and it was so juice we went back for 2nds. And we got a ton of stuff, like the nuggies, kale salad, wraps, sandwich and fries. They were all very fresh, tender and full of flavor.
Definitely going to be eatin’ mo chiken. Welcome to the neighborhood!

Very excited to have a chick fil la near the neighborhood. For the most part they are great! I just continue to get my order back without items I asked for. Like constantly, I just encourage the employees to pay attention a little more. Other than that I enjoy them and definitely recommend everyone to stop by!

I’m so glad that Chick-fil-A finally opened a location in Manor, and I had a great first experience at the new store, which opened four days ago. I used their Mobile Thru option during lunch, which allowed me to place my order through the App and drive directly to the Mobile Thru lane, saving time. Like any Chick-fil-A, there was a line at the drive thru but it moved quickly.
I ordered the Smokehouse BBQ Bacon Sandwich and the Pineapple Dragonfruit Tea, both limited-time offerings. The sandwich was hot and fresh and the tea was delicious.
I look forward to visiting this location whenever I’m in Manor.

I had the absolute best dine-in experience at this Chick-fil-A, hands down. From the moment I walked in, the restaurant was spotless, tables cleaned promptly, floors shining, and everything perfectly organized. The hospitality here stands out in a big way.
I had the pleasure of meeting the Operator, Riley, who personally checked on guests throughout the dining room to be sure every meal and experience was exceptional. That kind of hands-on leadership is rare, and it shows in the culture here. Directors Natalie and James were equally impressive, kind, and genuinely eager to make sure everyone felt welcome. Their professionalism and warmth turned an ordinary lunch into something truly memorable.
The food came out fresh, hot, and quickly, with every item exactly right. You can tell this location takes real pride in accuracy and quality. The team worked seamlessly together, and every “my pleasure” felt completely authentic.

I visited this fairly new chick fil a location after a busy day of work, i was a little skeptical after looking at the reviews but I got absolutely blown away. My first main concern was the wait for my food particularly due to other reviews mentioning both the mobile and regular drive through were merged however it seems like they’ve reverted that change. The staff here were amazing and super welcoming and attentive, as I was pulling into the drive through I was acknowledged and greeted with waves from the order takers! The wait for my food was super short and it came hot and fresh! Shout out to all of the amazing fast workers who make this chick fil a as great as it is. Special shout out to matthew j who took my order and made me feel even more welcome than i already felt while coming in, amazing attitude and super friendly. I didnt feel rushed at all while putting my order in and he was super engaging which feels rare nowadays in fast food! Keep it up chick fil a manor!

We are grateful it is here. I waited to review. Shout out to manager Luke on Saturday morning to help with my mistake in mobile driv thru order. Compared to Pflugerville stone Hill, the service here lacks excellent customer care and excitement. Maybe Manor negative attitude already got their spirits down but I hope that it will improve. Cheers to those who show up to work and do their best. We appreciate you! The inside sometimes gets backed up and it is smaller so the line for ordering lacks space. It is a clean space and has fresh flowers which is nice. They ran out of biscuits once on my visit and twice my family order were missing items.
I look forward to updating this review as I am hopeful that service would improve here! It’s not the healthiest fast food and most come for the service but if it continues to lack, then we would simply go back to Pville or enjoy the other options in Manor. I have been there 3 times and they only have 1 person at checkout and there has been at least 6 people in line, put more people at checkout, and I have never seen anyone check on me after my food was delivered, they need a lesson from Round Rock Chick-fil-A, their the best

There is not enough space here to gush about the wonderful people who make our day (sometimes even turn it around) every time we visit! Today my son told James K – a manager taking orders outside in the rush, btw – that this CFA has the fastest food in the world. James told my son he would put in a good word to Santa through his “connections” and just about sent my boy over the moon. Then, when we got our order 3.5 seconds later, we were gifted a CFA board game… I might as well tell Santa we’re all good, now. Save yourself a stop. From personal experiences to working with CFA to provide sandwiches for youth sports concessions, this place is the true example of how Jesus expects us to love our neighbors. Way to go and God bless you guys!
