On 27 Feb 2026 my daughters Randolph AFB High School softball team dined at the Chick -fil-A 370 FM 1626 West Buda. The reasturant was very clean and spotless including the restrooms. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the menue items, food was fresh, delicious and quickly brought to our tables. The music in the reasturant was pleasant, happy and uplifting. The staff was amazing and continued to check on us to see if we needed drink refills and or condiments. I have never been to every Chick-fil-A reasturant in Texas but out of all the ones I have been to this particular one is the absolute best in Texas by far! Congratulations to Ms Meagan and her dedicated Chick-fil-A team on a job well done. This reasturant led by Ms Meagan displays great core values of Service Before Self and Excellence in All They Do. Again well done Ms Meagan and her bright friendly team.

This west Buda Chick-Fil-A is fabulous in so many ways. Took my 3 Grands, ages 3-9 for breakfast. Utilized the mobile order, dine-in option and it was such a smooth process to scan the barcode at our table & the super friendly staff brought it to our table. The dining area and condiment station was spotless and well stocked with jellies, honey, sauces, hand wipes, utensils, etc. Great planning to have several large tables to seat large parties.
The kiddos loved the playscape for the slides, climbing and spinning features – I loved that it was super clean and easy to see them enjoying it.
What really prompted me to write a review was the staff – we were greeted warmly the moment we walked in and that warmth continued throughout our time there. Avanaril (sp?) was so friendly and checked on us several times, noticed a baseball shirt on my Grandson & spoke with him about that, he even came over & offered to take a photo for me.
My drive through experience has always been top notch, but I’ll now make it a point to dine in more often. Best all around Chick-Fil-A experience I’ve ever had.

Had to give a shoutout to Brayon this morning. It was 6am (which is not an easy hour ) and he was genuinely so friendly and welcoming. You can tell he cares about the experience and about his team — the energy felt positive right away.
It makes a difference when someone shows up consistently with that kind of attitude, especially that early. Really appreciate the leadership and great customer service!

I visited this Chic Fil A for the first time yesterday, and I was thoroughly impressed! The service was quick in the drive through lane, and the employees were so friendly! I also observed they have a separate lane for mobile orders, kind of like an express lane, which I will most definitely take advantage of in the future. Such a brilliant idea!

This new location is beautiful and of course the staff is awesome. Sadly, I got chicken minis for breakfast and all the bottom of the rolls were almost rock hard. Which leads me to believe they were sitting under a heat lamp for a while. I did show up on a no school day and it was very slow. So possibly they had been sitting for a while.

Shrinkflation strikes Chick-Fil-A! The chicken on the sandwich didn’t even fill the bun. It was also cold like it had been sitting out for a while. My son’s kids meal did not come with the book it was supposed to.

One of our gentlemen was having a birthday soon; she gathered her fellow Chick Fil A workers and they all sang and clapped for him.

I had such a lovely experience at Chick-fil-A! The staff were incredibly sweet and welcoming — they made me feel right at home. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and served quickly. From the crispy chicken sandwich to the perfectly seasoned waffle fries, everything hit the spot. Definitely one of the best fast food experiences I’ve had in a while!

Was one of the best, and I mean the BEST, experiences I have ever had not only in fast food but in customer service in general. they were so kind and just all around caring for the customers! I asked if they did frosted sodas (most do) and the guy went and asked his manager who was outside and the manager came over and chatted with me about them and etc. and then the kid at the window/door asked all about my plans for thanksgiving. They all together were just above and beyond especially in a rush!!!
