There are not enough words nor enough time to describe how much we appreciate this location and the team here! We reached out to them a few months before our wedding in October 2025 and asked them to be our late night snack for our guests. I also asked them if we could have the cow deliver as a surprise to our guests. With no hesitation they said YES! The entire way they were super helpful and come the day of our wedding they really exceeded our expectations. They even surprised us with a wedding gift basket filled with chick fil a goodies. We couldn’t recommend this location and the entire staff here even more.

The amazing? I was enjoying my Chick-fil-A with my beloved one’s. The prices? It doesn’t matter when you are eating confident, informed, in such well reputable restaurant, but it was only $13 per person, unbeatable!!

Payed extra to get 2 large order of fries and this is what I received they filled the empty space with condiment packets. Kids nuggets burnt just went in the trash. I expect better from Chickfil A

(This happened 2 weeks ago, but unfortunately I forgot to post the draft)

Hours clearly state on Google that the establishment closes at 11, and I arrived to the store at 10:45, and the all employees told me that the store closes at 10. I didn’t feel like arguing with a bunch of teenagers and forcing them to make food, but lying to my face is absolutely unacceptable.

I’ve worked fast food before, with a much smaller staff. I know it’s annoying to serve someone late, but we’re just as tired as you are and just want some food.

Whoever the hiring manager is here needs retraining or needs to resign. It’s astonishing that you have one of the most successful restaurants in the country in a prime location and have 3.5 stars. Unbelievable.

Do not go to this chick fil an unless you want to get charged for something you did not asked for. My sister asked for a wrap and obviously she asked for ranch which is the pouch that comes with it. When she got to the window to charge her she realized they were charging her more than what she usually pays for this meal. The cashier said they were charging her a bottle of ranch. My sister said she didn’t want a bottle of ranch she said she just verified that she wanted the ranch with the wrap. The manager by the name Adela said she wasn’t able to refund the money back because of store policies. She said she could give her something else but not give her the money back. Mind you the bottle of ranch is $3. And she said that supposedly the order was repeated back to her which was not and that my sister supposedly agreed to the order. Never going back to this chick fil a. Horrible customer service.

I’m very disappointed with the level of service I’ve received at this Chick-fil-A location. My orders are consistently incorrect, and when I’ve called to address the issue, the staff often make it seem as though it’s my fault.
On one occasion, I brought the food back, and the employee threw it away with noticeable attitude. When I received my replacement order, it was wrong again. During my most recent visit, I spoke with an employee named Ashley, who was unfortunately one of the rudest Chick-fil-A employees I’ve ever encountered.
The second time my order was incorrect, all I asked for was a regular bun — I didn’t even want the order remade, just the correct bun on the side. Instead of assisting me, she continued taking other customers’ orders while completely ignoring my request. I eventually had to ask for someone else to help me, but she still showed no concern.
This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Chick-fil-A. I’ve always appreciated the brand’s reputation for excellent service and hospitality, but this location does not reflect those values at all. I truly hope management addresses these issues to bring the service up to the standard Chick-fil-A is known for.

Order was incorrect. Called store and phone line was down finally after 30ish minutes a girl answered. I brought to her attention that they were down and she told me her phones were working fine. Expressed my disappointment for my experience and missing items and she told me if wanted a credit order then I would need to create a care ticket through app so corporate could investigate that I wasn’t a scam artist just trying to get free food. Supposedly several days later they had same girl who is not a manager call me. She tried to tell me she didn’t mean to call me a scam artist and I told her they were her words not mine and that I wanted to speak to store manager she said she would have someone else contact me. She then closed ticket out. Called back to store after issue was not resolved and asked for a store manager and when I asked for the Operator Rudy Martinez the gentleman asked what it was in regards to a explained what happened and he was aware and would have a manager contact me. This never happened so I’m leaving a 1 star review because it.

Very disappointed in the customer service we have yet to receive. We placed a large order and were dissatisfied with the quality of the food – I have called numerous times to try and have this remedied and have yet to hear from anyone. We are frequent and loyal customers, however this experience is changing how we feel about this establishment and its management.

Terrible service. We had a horrible experience We placed an order for breakfast and tried notifying this location that we were arriving a little later than expected due to their service policy for breakfest to be able to hold our order. Upon our arrival my husband spoke with the service order pick up team members and the girls there were very rude smiling and laughing when we mentioned the order name as if they had known whos food they had thrown away , this encounter made us feel uncomftarble and unheard. After this encounter they asked their manager to deal with the situation.
We spoke with the manager Ashley and she was very unprofessional I’m unsure if she is a teenager due to the college being nearby but she sure was acting like one, the manager was giggling and smiling when she let us know she threw away our order even after letting her know we tried calling multiple times. Instead of offering us our money back as their first solution , requested us to come back tomorrow. Overall this experience was imature and unprofessional and I hope the management reviews their staffs behavior as this was also not the first bad encounter we’ve had at this location.

Horrible customer service. 10 to 15 employees and it takes forever to get any help. Brushed off by employee. One asks what you need then walks away and never follows through. This is the only chick fil a location I’ve received such mediocre service.
