the food is good but the only problem is they ALWAYS forget something! it’s frustrating paying for something and not getting it. i live away from chic fil and then to get home an not have my order correct is upsetting this isn’t the first time either . check your orders all the way through before leaving cause you will be missing something!!

Normal lunch location, for inside dining, nice experience, fast service, I sit down at table order from app, food comes out normally within 5 to 7 minutes, quick.easy and effective. Staff has always been friendly.

We don’t come here all the time but every time we do it’s a great experience. The food is fresh, the service is quick, and the location is super clean. Like, noticeably cleaner than most fast food places. Floors, tables, drink station — all spotless. It’s almost suspicious how clean it is lol
Last time we came in one of the employees gave our daughter a Chick-fil-A cow plush out of nowhere and she was hyped. Totally made her day. It was one of those small things that actually sticks with you.
Even though we’re not regulars it’s always solid when we show up. Good food, friendly people, and a chill place to eat. No complaints here!! Keep it up!

Ordered my Cobb salad with spicy grilled chicken mind you I order this every time I come to Chick-fil-A. First, they gave me the wrong chicken then they bring out the wrong salad completely. Not even mad. I literally just want my food and the manager comes out rudely with a menu like I don’t know what I want and I’ve inconvenienced them because they can’t get my salad right. Very unprofessional manager. Heavy set Hispanic man I didn’t get his name tag. Not even an apology. I thought Chick-fil-A was better than this.

Went thru drive thru ordered two meals and an extra sandwich and 12 piece nuggets get home 16 miles away got two sandwiches not three and asked for sweet and sour sauce for nasty sweet and spicy so thanks for charging me for all I ordered and not providing it no wonder you make so much money my company will never use you for a catering event again I promise simply unacceptable

I have frequented this location multiple times, and unfortunately, my experiences have consistently been disappointing. On my most recent visit, my to-go order was not ready upon arrival, resulting in an initial delay. When the order was finally provided, it was incorrect. Attempts to seek assistance from staff to rectify the issue were met with indifference, compelling me to use the drive-through and endure an additional wait in line. Even after clearly communicating the missing items at the window—where the store director was present—the order was still incorrect. It is disheartening to encounter repeated errors and a lack of effective customer service at this establishment. Improvements in both order accuracy and responsiveness are urgently needed. I will not returning.

Bad experience here. I ordered Spicy Deluxe….and they brought to me the original chicken sandwich, no cheese, no tomato, no lecture. While I took back to the cashier for exchange and they cleaned out my table when I was still eating French fried and soft drink. Came on May 06 and really disappointed since I visited a lot of chick fil a restaurant in Houston area.
Edit: I did request for no pickles as my receipt showed, and when they made an exchange, they put pickles in there

We ordered Chick-n-Minis and Burrito for breakfast. Tasty breakfast! We ordered online and picked it up at the drive-thru window. The only downside is having to wait on other vehicles needing to make new to-go orders when we are ready to pick up our order which is ready.
