I thought CFA is about guest experience- so why not speed it up for the people that want to use ur app? (It saves you $ and wasted time for other guests if you haven’t noticed)- you just remodeled, please focus on speed and experience so I don’t have to go elsewhere when I’m in a hurry!
We went through the drive thru, ordered & paid for a gallon of sweet tea, drive forward just to be told they don’t have the order? The employee gets the manager Caden. My husband shows them the pending charge on our bank account. Caden then tells my husband they’ve had system issues where the computers are not communicating. So my husband asks “so.. can I have my sweet tea?” He tells my husband “I’ll have to charge you again.” Why in the world We pay for another gallon of tea with there being a visible charge on our bank account. Instead of arguing with this kid, my husband drives off as we were not going to pay a second time for a gallon of tea.
I contacted the store so I could speak person above him and he told me there’s no one else above him. I proceeded to discuss the situation and let him know that it was terrible customer service tjat we were to be charged a second time, for a gallon of sweet tea, instead of providing it to us as if it was going to close Chick-fil-A’s doors.
He said well your husband drove off and I said yes, after you reiterated several times you would charge us again. My husband refused to pay a second time for the same gallon of Sweet tea without a guarantee that the pending charge would fall off as he claimed. I said my husband’s already had a bad day and he wasn’t going to sit there and engage in an argument over a gallon of sweet tea. He then proceeds to let me know that he’s had a very hard day and when I told him I wasn’t really concerned about his long day, thats irrelevant, he then hung up on me.
I reported this to corporate.
Chick-fil-A – DO BETTER! Hire better management.
We don’t work hard and bust our butts to spend our money at an establishment and be treated like that.

Food was brought out within 5 minutes. Egg White Grill was a crispy English Muffin, grilled chicken, egg whites, and American Cheese. It was a good balance of carbs and protein. The Greek Yogurt Parfait with fruit and granola went well with the Egg White Grill.
Service was very friendly and fast. Will come back here for a quick, healthy breakfast.
