I ordered food for my family and I and when we got home, I was about to take a bite out of my sandwich and realized there was what looks to be a bite taken from the bottom. I called this location and they seemed to not care… It’s an understatement to say I am extremely disappointed in their customer service. Be careful, Check your food!

I have consistently said that they are doing their side salads wrong. If I go to the Alamo Ranch location this container is full and looks like it’s supposed to. But EVERYtime, at this location, it’s half full. When I brought it up a couple years ago they said “they’re weighted”. Well, it’s safe to say your scale needs to be recalibrated.

I usually expect a higher standard from Chick-fil-A, especially with delivery, but this experience was underwhelming. My large fries were only half full & lacked the usual crispiness — they arrived soft/soggy. Additionally, my order was missing a straw & the condiments I specifically requested. It’s frustrating, especially when customers are paying a delivery fee PLUS a tip, which easily adds $7–13 to the total cost.The delivery driver was prompt & professional, which I appreciated. However, the care (or lack thereof) in packing the order was disappointing. For the premium price, the service should reflect the same level of quality. Hoping for better consistency in the future.

This morning 2/5/26 I came inside to get some food for the kids on the way to school. This place was slammed in drive thru and I commend the manager on duty as he stayed calm, collect and operated without rushing guests who were ordering inside (such as myself). It’s hard to operate short staffed but he and the woman on window held things down and works as a team. What awesome leadership he exhibited by operating with urgency yet calmness the entire time being as efficient as he could. If he was panicking you’d never be able to tell. Great job CFA!!!

My family and I frequent the Chick-fil-A at 1604 & Bandera, and it’s one of the most consistently excellent locations we’ve ever visited. The food is always fresh and high quality, and the service is fast even when the drive-thru line is wrapped around the building. The staff keeps a great attitude, communicates well, and the management clearly runs a tight ship. The dining area and restrooms are always clean and well maintained, which is something we really appreciate. Our orders are almost always spot-on — down to the last ketchup packet — and on the rare occasion something is off, they make it right without hesitation. The prices are fair for the level of service and quality you get. They also do fun things for families, like having Santa visit during the holidays. Overall, this location consistently goes above and beyond, and it’s why we keep coming back!

This chick fil a specifically is responsible for taking a lot of my money. It’s very toxic when you find a fast food place that as consistently good as they are. So good in fact, that I won’t eat at a other chick fil a because it’s just not the same. I told my boyfriend today that if there ever came a day where we’d have to move and we were stuck between two houses we love, I’d pick the one closer to THIS chick fil a because my only gripe is that we live too far and my food gets cold by the time I get to my table, but that’s not their fault. The service is always great, the food is delicious and hot, and it’s like this 98% of the time. They forgot my cookie once, but I went back and they gave it to me. I wouldn’t even be mad even they hadn’t. Keep up the good work guys.

This is a “go to” quick food source for our family. I do not fault the food, but at times it is apparent that the haste of preparation results in sloppy delivery. The staff is pressured to deliver fast. There is always a high demand on the order taking persons. Communication suffers, so repeated emphasis needs to be done at the time of picking up ones items. Small mistakes are a bit irritating (straws, napkins, sauces, and over application of condiments), but the food is ultimately tasty. The staff is courteous and well-intentioned. They correct mistakes immediately. We return frequently! We take out most of the time, but we also have our food delivered.

Lately, it’s been a consistent MISS at this location. I seldom get what I ask for with my order. It’s like playing “press your luck” at times.
Today(3/6), I asked the attendant to add my creamers in my coffee which they didn’t do even though, we had to pull up and wait for our order. My coffee was filled probably about halfway. Not sure what happened there. The drive thru is a maze, but effective and efficient. If you are trying to park and eat inside? Good luck!!! Parking is very limited.

This Chick-fil-A is always poppin’! The staff here is amazing and so nice, but… the salad is a little disappointing.l another disappointment, I’ve ordered the egg scramble bowl before and it’s usually filled up, but this time it only came with three hashbrowns and the container is barely half full. It’s not consistent with what I’ve received in the past.
