Update 2/26/26: My god, Chick Fil A on De Zavala has done it again. I love getting brekky from here because the chicken minis and biscuits are always so hot and the bread is always nice n soft. I am going to name my firstborn son after Chad Helwig. Truly a saint among men.

Every negative review for this place is WHINY. I come to this Chick Fil A several times a month, for almost two years, and I’ve only ever had cold food once. Idk bro. Seems like a lot of crybabies in these comments. Anyways, I was really sad today, but the Chick Fil A employees were so sweet and nice, it cheered me up and turned my entire day around. I can always count on them to be real ones. I would give my LIFE up for any of these employees.

We had a group of 14. Service was fast! And friendly staff. Sandwiches & salads were fresh & delicious! Big fresh Chrysanthemums brightening every table – real flowers in a fast food restaurant! There’s also a kids’ playscape with full view from the windows. Highly recommend!

Love the Chick-fil-A on Dezavala. All the employees are so nice. The lines are long but your in and out so quickly on how fast they move. And I love the extended hours they have.

This chick-fil-a is always fast in the drive-thru and inside the restaurant. Their sweet tea usually has a large taste of lemon (not sure if they make it in the same bin they occasionally make lemonade in) so I do not order it, but other than that it is a lovely location and I am typically very satisfied.

We stopped here to pick up some breakfast before we got to work and it was just as expected. Fast and friendly service. There were alot of kids from what appears to be a school here. But nonetheless the service was perfect.

That past four times getting breakfast there in the span of 3 months have all been bad experiences. How can a restaurant not be prepped to sell biscuits in the morning when they already know the volume of customers they receive during rushes. Each time I’ve been told there’s “no more biscuits” and even the time I changed my order they still gave and charged me for 5 biscuits. Whatever has changed, it was not for the better.

Went through drive thru. Ordered 2 grilled chicken club keto. Got 1 grilled chicken and a piece of lettuce. I went back through the drive thru, had the same guy, told him what I got, he apologized and said he would correct the order. I told him I want 2 grilled chicken club wrapped in lettuce grilled chicken, colby jack cheese, bacon, tomato and lettuce I want 2 of these. Went around again, and almost got my order, they only gave me 1 and it had pepper jack cheese.
They can’t get it together today. I gave up and left

I try not to post negative reviews but this one took the cake. I’m trying to understand that for the price of these meals, how the kitchen thought it was a good idea to put the cheese at the BOTTOM of the Togo container then the lettuce pickles and tomatoes on TOP of the cheese which made it soggy and stick to the bottom, THEN put the chicken on top of everything. I’ve never seen someone put the cheese on the floor of the container rather than the meat itself. It was odd. So there I am scraping the cheese off the bottom and trying to put it on top of the chicken, it was just a wet soggy mess. Manager Chrissy made things right which I appreciate, she’s very sweet! However, kitchen definitely needs a common sense training course or something :/

Chick-fil-A is the closest thing to heaven on this earth. I ordered my food and got it while sitting down, food was all hot and tasted fresh out of the kitchen, place is also clean and well maintained.

I don’t know what was going on tonight with this place but it was rough. Fries were cold and then I couldn’t get a refill on my lemonade because “they didn’t do that here” which I didn’t understand because all the other locations I’ve been too give me a refill no problem. Don’t know what’s going on here but everyone needs to get on the same page…
