We had an amazing experience here. We had my daughter’s birthday party here and the kids and parents raved about it. There is no playground at this location but the kids were 8 and over so they aged out of playing. They loved the food (always delicious), the games in their kids meals, the ice cream afterwards, and loved seeing the Chick Fil A cow. The staff was so kind and professional. They went above and beyond to make this event special.

I always have a great experience at this Chick-fil-A! The team at 5552 Northwest Loop 410 is always so nice and welcoming. Every visit, the staff is polite, fast, and genuinely friendly. My orders are always correct and the service is consistently excellent. Thank you for always making my day a little brighter! Highly recommend this location.

They want to limit the amount of condiments they give through drive through. I ordered six sandwich meals and they said the limit for condiments is 9. We usually put 3 mayos per sandwich so you can do the math. Also they cap the refills at 2 per order. If you want a third you have to buy a cup. I won’t be returning to this location.

We always go to Loop 410/Evers location and they never disappoint. Their employees are always so nice and ready to assist with customers. Food is always the right temperature to eat. I will drive to this location even if another one is closer because of their customer service.

I don’t leave reviews typically, but this was the best Chic-fil-a we have been to in a long time. It was very clean (added points for the sink OUTSIDE the bathrooms). We are always coming from an event when we stop in one and everyone needs to wash their hands.
The food came out quickly and hot. Entire team was extremely friendly! Will definitely stop in next time we are in the area.

The employees refused to take my breakfast order when I was there BEFORE 10:30a which is the time they claim to stop serving breakfast. Apparently they took it upon themselves to stop taking breakfast orders before that time. Management needs to correct this ASAP. The franchise owner can contact me directly, but this needs to be addressed.
