This was the best experience I have ever had at a chic fil a. Starting with the yound lady who took our order, to the you man who brought us our food to our table. Both were very courteous and friendly. Last I would like to recognize the female employee who was attending to the dining area. She was extremely nice and friendly. I wish I could have gotten all 3 of your names to better acknowledge the wonderful employees that you are. Thank you very much for making our visit so wonderful.

I don’t visit Chick fil a often, and this is one of the reasons I don’t. On this day, right before work, I stopped for lunch at 12. No lone line and dervice was with a smile. As they handed me this cold food. My food wasn’t hot at all, and I am sure staff knew this when they put it in my bag. As you can see from the pictures that the cheese was not melted, and the grilled chicken was cold, maybe some warm. The waffle fries were warm also. I need my money back, but since I was running late, I just popped it in the microwave at work. If i wanted microwave food i would have brought leftovers from home, smh. This is mostly always the case when I go to this Chick fil a. I said I wasn’t coming back anymore, but it was on my route, and I didn’t want a burger, so I stopped. But I think I have learned my lesson now.

Chick fil is known for their delicious food but this locations customer service is top notch!
Even when the line wraps around I am surprised how quickly I am able to place my order and receive my food. I enjoy a fruit cup with my meal and the fruit is always fresh and chilled.
Another great thing about this location is that Starbucks and whataburger are next door.
If you’re reading this post next time you have breakfast here ask for an egg white grilled but substitute the grilled chicken for a spicy chicken filet. Best

Chick Fil A at 10503 NW Military Hwy, San Antonio, TX 78231 is not what it used to be. It’s very disappointing with it’s portion shrinkage and noisy atmosphere.
I ordered 12 grilled nuggets and a side salad for $13.62 with tax, and was surprised by how small the portions were. The tiny nuggets came in a small half-filled bowl, and the salad felt more like a garnish than a side. For the price, I expected more substance.
The restaurant was packed—kids, families, lots of noise. It felt more like a school cafeteria than a place to enjoy a meal. I ended up doing takeout with my food just to escape the chaos.
I understand rising costs, but the value just isn’t there anymore. Other local spots offer far more food, excellent service and peace for the same price. Chick-fil-A may still have the brand recognition, but it’s charging premium prices for snack-sized portions.

Love this Chick fil a. Staff is always super friendly and food is always right. Order through the app and hit the drive through. Super fast and efficient.

I would like to start off and say this is my favorite Chick-fil-A I go to, however these past few times I go have been the worst experience.and I didn’t say anything last time but today I’m very frustrated and over it with them. I ordered a large fry I noticed and said it was practically not much in there as it was medium and I did order a large so I mentioned that to the girl in the drive-through she proceeds to pull it out the bag and then say yeah it’s a large yeah I know of course it is.does look like a large? however, does this look like a large it does not assume I would’ve gotten a large quality this looks like a medium quality. All I got was attitude and pretty much took they fries back however just look like they shook around to make it look like they had did something.

It’s our go to almost daily for lunch whole staff is amazing restaurant is super clean. By far the best place in San Antonio. Sara makes sure whether drive thru or dine in you leave smiling awesome woman and the whole staff has that vibe. Absolutely love this place

Dine in: We were not greeted and waited several minutes until someone walked by and asked if we had been helped. She took our order, and we took our seats. She said our strawberry shake would be brought to our table. As we were seated, waiting on our food, an employee came by and told us the store was closing and asked if we wanted bags for our food?!?
Appalled, we asked for the manager to come and tell us. The manager approached with a nasty attitude and didn’t know the backstory, nor did she hear what we had to say. She was dismissive, very passive-aggressive, saying we were yelling at her when we weren’t. My husband asked her to please leave, and we were gonna eat, but she slammed our trays down in front of us. Other insignificant words were exchanged. I’m flabergasted at Chick-fil-A that this kind of lousy service is allowed and perpetuated.

Had a rough experience on Saturday night, December 13th. The manager was rude and disrespectful. She did not listen to anything with we had to say. Not returning. Not recommended to eat here. This is so unlike Chickfila.
