I’ve been to many Chick-fil-A’s throughout my life, but this one has the best service I’ve ever seen by far! I went twice while visiting my loved one in the hospital, and each staff member was incredibly kind and went out of their way to ensure great service. Even during lunch rushes, you’ll see staff members walking around asking if you need anything, cleaning tables as soon as possible, changing the trash, and keeping the floors clean. I swear the staff seek out additional ways to help and work which is so rare in today’s service industry. None of them ever seem bothered or overwhelmed, it’s so impressive. Usually you see 1-2 star employees, but I feel like the whole team is truly amazing here. I will give a shoutout to I believe her name is Annabel who has such a sweet smile and upbeat energy while offering to help as much as possible. They also get every order modification right, and somehow the food tastes super fresh no matter when you come. Who knew the best CFA branch is in San Antonio’s medical center?!

I had a bad experience today at the drive-thru. The employee wearing glasses, who looked like a teenager or young adult, was very rude. Not only was the service cold, but my childhood chicken nuggets were cold, too. The overall experience was unimpressive. I was disappointed. I used to enjoy coming here for my medical needs, but now I’m reconsidering my choices and will advise my co-workers not to come here anymore.

I’m always impressed with this place. ❤️ Love, love, love the lemonade with pulp. Everyone is always friendly and eager to help. The food is always fresh. The evenings are nice and quiet. Perfect after a long work day when I don’t feel like cooking or cleaning.

If you are going to put all your condiments and other items needed to have a meal behind the counter, you need to staff the restaurant appropriately. By far worst Service experience I have ever had at a Chic-Fil-A. This had to be an off day, I am not sure how you keep a franchise if this is normal.

Truly the worst chick fil a in the city!!! Seriously the slowest service. This time, I ordered a salad around 1p. The store has maybe 2 customers in the drive thru besides myself. There are more employees than customers. I had mobile ordered my salad. When I arrived, I pulled around to the window after adding a sandwich to the order. I waited behind another car before pulling forward. I waited 7-10 more minutes, where I got to listen to two of the male employees in drive thru exchange the F word back and forth multiple times. My salad was still not ready for some reason, so I was asked to move
To curbside. I did, waited another 3-5 minutes before rejoining the empty drive thru line to ask for a refund. Suddenly, my food is ready….. the employee said it’s easier to just give me my food than give me a refund. First, you at a minimum owed me the refund. Good service would have been both to try and recover the situation. I waited over 15 minutes for a salad I never received. I declined the food and requested the refund, as it was an option not both. I no longer had time to eat my salad, as per usual this location ate up 2/3 of my lunch break. Absolutely hate this location. Needs new management or new employees, SOMETHING. Seriously out of tune w the rest of CFA

I had a horrible experience with a team lead by the name of Alondra she prounce her name different. I asked for a biscuit with egg whites and I was having a hard time hearing her . I had just left the land rover service dept due to my horn going off and on. When I pulled up to the drive through she told me to leave . I was trying to explain to her as a paying customer what was going on with my horn she would not hear of it she just told me to leave. I have “never “experience such unprofessional experience as a 69 year elderly person. Alondra has no business being a team lead the employees would not even look my way. Alondra could have told me that they were not longer serving breakfast what a rude unprofessional person. She has no business in customer service this is why the restaurants are shutting down due to people like her. The owner needs to be aware of who he hires as team lead. One of my friends told me she was rude to her as well.

We like to eat at chick fill a but this location the service SUCKS! That is right! This is the first time I complain about the service; normally I would praise them this time I got so mad that I even had to yell to get attention because to no one would call us up to the register, everyone was just wondering around like not knowing what to do, no cars outside and so many of associates with iPads and the reflective gear and headphones. I ordered 2 small macaroni and cheese side they couldn’t sell them to me because it was locked and they wouldn’t be available for another “5” min. My children DIDNT get to eat dinner because even though they said they were bring it to us we just had to pay then. They didn’t have the decency to bring them my husband went to ask for them and they told him another “5 min”
This is TOTAL BS!!! If you like to be served with gratitude, kindness, acknowledgement, look for another chick fill a because this is not the place whatsoever and you would notice I am not the only person so also complain about the same.
You would also find tables with trash in them and dirty. Meaning not even cleaning after people eating there.

I ordered 1 grilled chicken sandwich through the drive through. First of all the young girl that waited on me didn’t give me my change. I had to ask for it. I asked her for 2 honey mustard’s. Which i notice. Not to mention the chicken burger was cold. I wasn’t sure about the Atmosphere cause I went through the drive through. They need to train these people we are PAYING for our food. It’s Not Free!
