I’ve always been a fan of Chick-fil-A, but recently I’ve noticed a recurring issue at several locations. When ordering mac & cheese, the portions consistently fall short — rarely filled enough to even reach the lid. The large, for example, is listed online as 425 grams (15 ounces). Out of curiosity and frustration after seeing my son’s dinner come up short again, I pulled out the food scale tonight. Sure enough, our order weighed only 318 grams (about 11.2 ounces). That’s a significant difference and really impacts the experience, especially for those who come specifically for this delicious side. I hope Chick-fil-A can address this portion inconsistency, as it directly affects both the value and overall satisfaction.

Mrs. Michelle is the only reason I keep coming back to this location. She’s always warm and friendly, even when she is on break she acknowledges guess that she knows. She’s very accommodating as well. She’s always productive when I walk in, down to keeping things tidy, taking orders or talking to guest. she deserves her own store l!! But Mrs Carmen on the other hand she’s very rude and feisty .. if it wasn’t for Mrs Michelle this post would be low in rating .. thank you Mrs machel for your hard work!!

I am currently typing this as I’m waiting in the drive thru for my order. It’s been 30 minutes…
We purposely left 45 minutes early to grab Chick-fil-A before our nephew’s game, and we ended up being late.
I’ve never been to a Chick-fil-A that takes this long.
Very disappointed and won’t be returning to this location.

Nice that they had inside dining available. Always helpful with a little one. Play area not open. But one thing we both mentioned the service and friendly staff. Always worth going for that alone. Breakfast sandwich was good. Fruit cup was good too. Coffee well. Its is better than most fast food coffee but its is still fast food coffee. Hashbrowns were good portion.

I placed my order through the chick fil an app and got my food delivered. Was very disappointed with the salad and the fries. I know when I usually go in person the large fries are always full to the top and for the salad it’s always better eye appealing. Very disappointing with my food and will be thinking twice before I go back to this location.

Come on guys y’all have to do better ‍♀️ like 3 of my minis didn’t even have a nugget in them they were dry with no honey butter on top wow!!!!!!! I had stopped going to this location and taking the extra 15 minutes drive to Ingram location I think I need to keep doing that!!!!!! I always have something wrong with this location.

Today is March 5 2025 and am back to my review which is worse than the first one!!!!
This place just gets worse every time I go to this one!!! So today I ordered again my biscuits where hard not fresh they also forgot to give me my hash browns wow always seem to disappoint never giving them another chance!

So much to say about this location, the family who owns and runs it, the staff, the service, the care that’s put into the food, the cleanliness, there’s… just so many positive blessings pouring out of this particular location, it’s just simply amazing! I’m proud to say that I work here! I’m part of the this team! I’ve seen some behind the scenes activities that… are just beyond the call of duty when it comes to even the task of putting together salads or the appreciation of building a perfect chicken sandwich! The worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Chick-Fil-A. Rude and condescending employee. Food order was incorrect and I could have had an allergic reaction. The restaurant was filthy. Please don’t come to this location. I need a manager to contact me immediately.
