Absolutely amazing Chic-Fil-A experience! Like usual, they had great customer service and super fresh, hot, and fast food! The chicken was amazing, and the frozen lemonade I drank was spectacular!

Service was great, the young guy who took my order talked and laughed with me. He made a simple mistake on my order , he substituted my drink with a frozen lemonade, I didn’t realize it until I saw my receipt, but he gave me another drink free of charge and I left very happy! Definitely a great guy who deserves a raise!

Register girl light brown hair when my daughter is ordering food address her not me she’s the one getting the food and don’t roll your eyes at the customer ….. Called my name I walk up call somebody else’s name 4 times after I told her my name didn’t want to hand me money first even though I ordered first? I get it I’m tatted also gave us the worlds smallest nuggets for 12$ the size of kids meal each about a quarter size manager was nice big smile I’d give him 5 stars but this is a snack not a meal….

Ordered on the app using points only to end up with half an order of fries with all the condiments stuffed into the box. When I contacted customer support, they said I had to contact the restaurant directly because I used points. So here’s me contacting you directly. Please make this right!

The manager at this location aka marketing manager is a delight! My daughter and I visited in the afternoon and all of the employees were upbeat and seemed like they really enjoyed their time together and it created a welcoming environment to have dinner!

April the team lead was absolutely amazing, I was a dollar short for my order and she did not hesitate to just say I’ll take the cash and cover the rest. Never in my life have I Experienced something like this while trying to get food. It says a lot about her character. Give that woman a raise.

They bring the food out before you can settle at the table. 10/10, last time we were here the manager, not sure if it’s a shift manager or the store manager, they gave my daughter the chicken and waffles meal for free since it just came out, then we came again now a couple weeks later and they gave her a little stuffed cow. 10/10 service.

Not only did they forget most of the order. When we asked for the rest, showing the receipt, worker Chasity did not believe us or would give my little sister her Beverage. Not only did I have to inform Chasity to go to our table to see our missing items, but she was reluctant to assist. Terrible service and terrible attitude. Will not return. I guess dining in and having your receipt doesn’t mean you’ll get what you paid for. First time dining in at this location.
