I went to the downtown Chick-fil-A to pick up a $60 order and had a very unpleasant experience. While waiting, I politely asked an employee if she could dry a chair so I could sit. She ignored me, gave me a bad look, and later started making rude comments to another employee, which made me feel uncomfortable and even afraid.
This behavior was completely unprofessional and not what I expect from Chick-fil-A. I hope management addresses it so other customers don’t experience the same.

Every time I have gone, the staff have been very friendly, helpful, and the food came out fast. There was a long line today and I was at the front before I knew it, and had food in hand and out the door in no time.
Shout out to Christine, she is a very sweet and helpful woman who has taken my order every time I’ve gone. I didn’t know about the different sauces and she proceeded to ask me what I like and offered to give me different ones to try. Not the type of experience you would expect from a fast food chain. Thank you!

Asked for pepper jack on my sandwich got American cheese instead and then proceeded to hand me back a sandwich 30 seconds later with unmelted cheese and manager and cashier were just staring like I was dumb. the guy with the curly hair was nice until he started pointing and laughing with another employee who was on lunch about the incident not knowing I was staring at him as soon as He saw me looking they both got up and walked off.

I’ve stopped into this Chick-fil-a a few times before work and the food is always wonderful and the staff is amazing. The friendliest employees and they truly have made my day better. Shout out to Jacob for bringing me water today so I didn’t choke on my sandwich. I will be back!

I checked out the Chick-fil-A located in downtown San Antonio. Although I’ve driven by it plenty of times I’ve never stopped in because I thought that I would have to find a parking spot and then walk in. Well, if this has kept you from stopping at this Chick-fil-A, wait no longer and make your trip to Chick-fil-A in downtown San Antonio because they have a drive-through.
I placed my order online and when it gave me the option for mobile pick up, I wasn’t sure how that would work. It took me a moment to find their pick up line, but when I did, it was easy and effortless just like all the other Chick-fil-A‘s around. When I pulled up to the ordering window, I opened the mobile app and scanned the mobile pick up QR code. Then I drove on up to the window and waited to get my order. The staff was friendly, the service was pretty quick, the food was hot and the order was correct. I will no longer shy away from visiting the downtown Chick-fil-A now that I know that I can go through their drive-through.

At this newly opened location, you can sense the teams’ urgency to get good scores with the community. They go above and beyond to give you their best service. My family and I were treated extremely well when we went there last week. We were served immediately, but it did take some time for the food to come. We had to ask for it after sitting and waiting for a while. But it came soon enough, with a manager offering us a choice of cookie or brownie for free. The food was very good, no complaints!
The atmosphere is nice because everything looks and feels brand new. Hope they can keep up this polished look!
A new thing was the automated trash cans that open a slot with a push of a button for the trash to be thrown in and then compressed. We did have a scary moment of almost getting caught in the iron slot that opened and closed automatically. Hope no one gets hurt by it because it seems like a really good invention.
Overall, 5 stars for the service, food, and atmosphere.

I have gone to this chickfila twice.
Once, via takeout inside, and the other via drive-thru.
Inside:
Nice and clean place. I went almost towards closing time so there weren’t many people.
Employees tended to me swiftly and got my order warm and correct.
I wasn’t sure where to park. I’m not sure if there’s free parking if you’re going to dine in, but I parked across the street in the parking lot you have to pay in but I was in and out within 8mins (probably less).
Drive thru is in a parking garage. The entrance is on Soledad St. My order took a little longer this way even though I was the only car at the time. Not only that, i was given a semi wrong order, which i noticed a bit after driving off but still inside the area.. I asked for nuggets and was given fries. Instead of just letting me keep the bag with the rest of my food (which was correct), the employee took my bag, went back inside, removed the fries, and added the nuggets. No other chickfila I’ve gone to has done that (they leave the wrong item in there).
I’d still go again, though.
Nuggets and tenders are more on the crispy side than the chickfila sandwich.
I definitely prefer when it’s crispy.

Good experience ordering lunch on the app and picking up in the restaurant. The app tracked my location and my order was ready in about 3-4min after arriving. Kind of odd system. They call out your name and that suffices. The store has an entrance for mobile order and a waiting area as well. Would be nice if there was some seating too. Store looked clean over all, which was nice, especially being down town. Food was also hot and tasted fresh. It took me about 5 min to get back and start eating. Glad food wasn’t cold and ice wasn’t melted.
