This behavior was completely unprofessional and not what I expect from Chick-fil-A. I hope management addresses it so other customers don’t experience the same.
Shout out to Christine, she is a very sweet and helpful woman who has taken my order every time I’ve gone. I didn’t know about the different sauces and she proceeded to ask me what I like and offered to give me different ones to try. Not the type of experience you would expect from a fast food chain. Thank you!
I placed my order online and when it gave me the option for mobile pick up, I wasn’t sure how that would work. It took me a moment to find their pick up line, but when I did, it was easy and effortless just like all the other Chick-fil-A‘s around. When I pulled up to the ordering window, I opened the mobile app and scanned the mobile pick up QR code. Then I drove on up to the window and waited to get my order. The staff was friendly, the service was pretty quick, the food was hot and the order was correct. I will no longer shy away from visiting the downtown Chick-fil-A now that I know that I can go through their drive-through.
The atmosphere is nice because everything looks and feels brand new. Hope they can keep up this polished look!
A new thing was the automated trash cans that open a slot with a push of a button for the trash to be thrown in and then compressed. We did have a scary moment of almost getting caught in the iron slot that opened and closed automatically. Hope no one gets hurt by it because it seems like a really good invention.
Overall, 5 stars for the service, food, and atmosphere.

Inside:
Nice and clean place. I went almost towards closing time so there weren’t many people.
Employees tended to me swiftly and got my order warm and correct.
I wasn’t sure where to park. I’m not sure if there’s free parking if you’re going to dine in, but I parked across the street in the parking lot you have to pay in but I was in and out within 8mins (probably less).
Drive thru is in a parking garage. The entrance is on Soledad St. My order took a little longer this way even though I was the only car at the time. Not only that, i was given a semi wrong order, which i noticed a bit after driving off but still inside the area.. I asked for nuggets and was given fries. Instead of just letting me keep the bag with the rest of my food (which was correct), the employee took my bag, went back inside, removed the fries, and added the nuggets. No other chickfila I’ve gone to has done that (they leave the wrong item in there).
I’d still go again, though.
Nuggets and tenders are more on the crispy side than the chickfila sandwich.
I definitely prefer when it’s crispy.
