Ordered online curbside took 40-50 minutes for them to bring out 3 root beer floats after calling them 3 times just to be told “sending them out ASAP”, in the end I had to go to the drive thru and explain whats going on. Drive thru always has a long line but moves faster than getting a curbside order. Would not recommend if short on time.

This location is really quick even when there are so many cars in line and in the drive up spots. I’ve been during different rush hours and experienced good service. Chick-fil-A support is great when something goes wrong!

I usually enjoy Chick-fil-A and the food is consistently good, but my last drive-thru experience was frustrating. I had already placed my order, yet I ended up waiting about 10 minutes in line because the car in front of me was still ordering. The drive-thru flow didn’t make sense, and it felt like orders weren’t being taken based on how cars were actually lined up.
I really think the drive-thru team could use better training on managing order-taking and traffic flow so customers who’ve already ordered aren’t stuck waiting unnecessarily. It would make the experience much smoother and faster for everyone.
Food was really cold by the time I got home.

Arrived almost at closing time! Regardless made my order, and are late night dinner without being pressured to leave! Alot of places don’t even let you in when it’s 15 minutes to closing. My kids love that place! But I will mention one thing…. How do you run out of lettuce? My wife still enjoyed the sandwich! Thanks!

Also, the last chickfila to do away with asking for “well done,” which really sucked for me, but I totally understand why it was possibly done.

I totally miss them making their sandwiches “well done (extra crispy).” There’s a noticeable difference.
Their sun joy seems to have gotten better in flavor. Their chicken biscuits are tasty (though sometimes the biscuit can be really dry), and so is their chick-n-minis.

Just went through drive thru., got a deluxe combo.. just got home.. and it literally looks like they put a nugget instead of sandwich chicken…. Less than half the size of the bread.. WTH IS THAT!!!!!! as a cook you should be able to notice how small the chicken looks when making it…. ♂️ ruined dinner……

They never brought my food out to my vehicle 15 min wait. I had to leave to work. Second visit they forgot my crunch salad. Before that service was always pretty good.

Over all everything was good but we got a half unsweetened tea and half sweet tea, it tasted really weird and when we looked into the drink we found this gooey and thick brown blob. It looked like hair at first but then with a closer look we could tell it wasn’t . We strained it out and that’s what it looks like. We did call chick-fill-a and then told us it was most likely bubbles that stick together at the bottom of the unsweetened tea since no one really gets it. The service was good but it did taste really bad. The worker on the phone (said his name was Adam) helped a lot and explained what It most likely was. Just wanted to post it here because it’s still gross and something to look out for when ordering unsweet tea
