I’m honestly very disappointed with my recent visit. I ordered a kale salad, 8-count nuggets, and chicken noodle soup from Chick-fil-A. When I picked up my order, I immediately noticed that the kale salad looked old and wilted — like it had been left out of the fridge and then put back in. On top of that, the portion seemed unusually small.
I walked back in to ask if the salad looked right, and while the director did help me, she seemed noticeably annoyed. She took the salad and said she’d check the weight since it’s supposed to be 3 ounces. She came back and told me — in a somewhat irritated tone — that it was 3.9 ounces with the bowl. I didn’t care so much about the weight. My concern was that the salad didn’t look fresh, and it definitely didn’t taste fresh either.
Unfortunately, the experience didn’t stop there. Not only was the service lacking, but the food actually gave me a stomach ache afterwards. I’ve never had this kind of issue at Chick-fil-A before, which makes this visit especially disappointing.
Hoping this location steps up both the quality of food and the way concerns are handled.
This was both surprising and frustrating because, in all my prior visits, no one had ever questioned me or asked for any documentation. I’m confused as to why, after so many visits without issue, I was suddenly required to prove my ESA’s legitimacy. It felt inconsistent and unnecessary, especially given my repeated patronage of this location.
I hope Chick-fil-A can clarify its policies regarding ESAs and ensure that all employees and security personnel are aligned in how they handle such situations. Consistency and understanding go a long way in making all customers feel welcome.

Completely unprofessional of the staff to put a “RED FLAG” message on my order. Drive through service was a horrendous. Will not be visiting this location again.

I try the new honey pepper pimento chick sandwich and it was dissapointing. i only see 4 string cheese in my burger, it was too far how they sell it. i’m glad that i put extra cheese in my sandwich.
