Very busy restaurant at lunchtime. They are hustling big time! The food was hot, the front was friendly, and all the staff was smiling . Considering it’s so busy and it is over 100 outside the parking lot, attendants were on their game! No wasting time and moving quickly to keep the line moving. It’s definitely a smooth process here. The food was delicious as the Chic Filet should be.

I did an app order with delivery for a spicy sw chicken salad on 8/23/23. The salad didn’t have any dressing. I called the College Street location in Beaumont, TX and spoke with the Manager Miekell and there wasnt any resolution on this issue, only apologies . He stated I had to bring the salad back to the restaurant in order to receive a refund. That’s disgusting! This is my second time having issues with this location. My previous issue, I ordered a sw chicken salad and there was a long black hair in my salad. I know it wasn’t my hair because my hair is short and blonde. Absolutely horrible.

Where is the salad dressing? This is nugget sauce and not the salsa dressing that comes with a Southwest salad. I’m not about to eat a dry salad. A waste of food for me since I live 30 minutes out of town. Make sure to check your food. It was only a salad order. Common now.
