i found this sharp plastic part in my mouth after i already took a bite of my VEGGIE WRAP, an i bite on something hard and it’s this pointy plastic piece. Completely unacceptable a disgusting and unsanitary, as someone who works in the food industry you have to do better this is unacceptable. i could’ve chocked. I shouldn’t have to worry about if plastic is wrapped up on accident in my wrap.

All five stars goes to Anlie. She has by far superior knowledge of customer service and cleanliness. It clearly shows when she is not there. The service and atmosphere is just not as great as to which Anlie provides. Our children are always excited to go to the Chick-Fil-A where the fun lady (Anlie) is. The other so called team members do no provide the tentative customer service that Anlie provides. Anlie knows exactly how to treat each customer to their needs and she knows when to leave customers be. Anlie provides very special care to children and the elderly. She cleaned the dining room exceptionally as well. The other team members barely clean the tables or the seats. Anlie does not put on a facade and is very naturally friendly with a beautiful smile to all. When there is a problem with the orders or food she instantly takes of the issues. The young people working at Chick-Fil-A has a lot to learn in general about professional customer service. We truly hope that the new owners know what an exceptional person Anlie is and that they are very fortunate to have someone like her willing to work for them.

Food was literally disgusting Burnt bread, chicken tenders with absolutely no flavor or the same breading as before. I know they changed their fries but they were literally so dry and crunchy. The breading on the tenders looks like it’s just flour and egg, no bread crumbs. It’s so flat and dry and tasted so gross.

Rarely come to this location any more, but the new way of ordering is quite annoying. You no longer order at counter but yet you have to tell them you are dining in and they follow you like a little puppy to take your order. Take about lazy. I will just take my business to other locations.

I went through the drive thru and the girls at the window were so friendly. I always have a great experience and my food was on point. One employee was so sweet and make sure my order was correct. I was quite impressed by this young lady(Leyla).

Very disappointed with this Chick-fil-A visit. The food was not good at all—the sandwich was cold, and they didn’t even get the sauces right. I’ve had much better experiences at the Chick-fil-A on NASA Rd, so this was surprising. On top of that, the inside was filthy, which made the whole experience even worse. Definitely not the quality I expect from Chick-fil-A.
