My husband got a sandwich and fries. Mostly fries with skin. Not his favorite.
Here are the reasons for my rating:
1) This will be the slowest CFA you will visit. I don’t know what is missing from their process, but it needs to be revisited. You will not get the CFA quick drive through experience here… EVER. Its not just an occasional “only during peak time” issues. It is consistent.
2) Each time we have ordered there, there is always something wrong, burned, old, missing from the order. It’s gotten so bad that before I leave the drive through we will park to confirm everything is ok. I would say 6 times out of 10 there is something missing or wrong with the order and we have to walk inside and get it corrected. Straws missing (after asking if they are in the bag). Half filled up fries. Only 3 sauces for 4 combo meals (when we asked at the order kiosk for 12 sauces- 3 for each meal). While the staff is pleasant and a respectful exchange occurs, it is aggravating to consistently have to confirm the order and accessories such as: enough napkins, sauces, straws, etc are present and then stop the car, park, get out, wait in line to let them correct the mistake, then wait for them to correct the mistake. Like I said, I have put off writing this review for a year. I wanted to give this CFA time to see if it was just an “off day”, but after a year of chances… this is a bit ridiculous for the amount of money they charge for their product.
3) Im going to post a picture of the last exchange. That was corrected. I drove home this time before checking and I should have known better. I think that is because I was so frustrated because they made us pull up to wait for our order. We waited for 10 minutes. I thought that they had forgotten about us and was using google to find the number to call them. Just then the server walks to our car and gives us our food. Very politely, because its not this gentleman’s fault, I ask him, “Sir, would you mind telling me why it took so long to get our order?” He said that they were waiting on nuggets. I said ok and left the store parking lot (not checking my bag because at this point I just wanted to get home). Once home, I open up my grilled chicken sandwich and the pictures I am posting are the chicken. It was the smallest, narrow, thin grilled chicken I have seen. I weigh my food, bc I count my macros, and this came in around 1.7 ounces. Which is nothing. Normally, I would just eat the burned or old fries or whatever is incorrect, that I get from this CFA, but Ive had enough of the mistakes. I called them up. I first spoke to a regular staff member, she was pleasant but said she needed to speak to a manager. Put me on hold, and came back to say that she could give me a credit or I could come back and get a new one. I asked if I would be getting a new sandwich or another combo, since my fries were now cold (but they were cold to start with) (Which brings me to the next thing: 3 combos and 2 of the 3 had cold, old fries and most were broken up little pieces and the 3rd had normal fries that were normal size that were so hot that my daughter couldn’t touch them yet. which is how all orders should be “fresh hot food”. Why would you give the same order half old cold fries and the other order fresh new fries? So part of us got bottom of the barrel fries and the other got the better new fries.) I ask for it to please be ready when I arrive bc Im hungry. they say yes. I get there. Its not ready. I have to wait with 7 Uber eats drivers to get our food. After waiting for 7 minutes I ask if its ready. Someone finds it sitting there and gets it to me.
I don’t know what is going on a this CFA, but someone needs to step up and help them.
Just because your staff is polite doesn’t you are producing a superior product.
