Princess wanted Mac n cheese and some fries. I have yet to stop by this one here in Crosby, but there was maybe 6/7 cars in front of me but they handled it swiftly. I also grabbed some Mac and a spicy chicken sandwich, both werw pretty good and the employees were AWESOME!

this place always gets my order wrong or something is missing, it’s so annoying. I have gave this location not twice but three times the benefit of the doubt and once again they didn’t fail to disappoint. I order through Uber Eats this time and order an 8oz CHICK FIL A sauce along with some other items cause they always forget the chick fil a sauce !! The gave me RANCH. I understand not having or selling out but come on not a call or text which their supposed to do or refund my money. Now my appetite is ruined $30 down the drained all thanks to y’all’s unprofessionalism. It’s frustrating this is the closest location to me from Dayton.

Hello today I order from the drive thru and when I receive my food that i order the 4count mini had a hair inside of one other the mini chicken inside the mini bread. This is a concerning situation and disgusting. I’m hoping this review helps the manger take more control of his employees of how they presents to work and keep there hair up and away from others meals.

The lady taking care of the lobby,(I didn’t get her name) makes them who they are, attentive, polite, and the place is sparkling clean!

I’ve been to probably over a hundred chick-fil-a locations and this is the first one I’ve ever experienced a rude worker at. I walked in the men’s bathroom and got to the urinal and an older lady says she’s cleaning. She was in a stall with the door closed and there was no sign outside saying someone was cleaning. So at this point I had already started the process so I told her I couldn’t hold it and she got rude with me and said she couldn’t believe I couldn’t just wait a few minutes. She’s definitely not the usual happy, nice chick-fil-a worker. She is the older, short haired lady in the photo.

Very cliquey still possesses all the charm of a chickfil with deceit in its most polite forms. I heard in Spanish upon my visit several very uncomfortable comments from workers near the front. The orders weren’t punctual there was a manager who kept walking by me or it may have been a team lead she kept asking me why I was still there after I told her eight or nine times. I give it a low score because I really value chic fil a as a restaurant, and this one is off by alot

Got the CF Biscuit ,coffee and hash Brn plus my older boy 2 weeks ago got us sandwiches combos for dinner and food is very tasty and really good.. ohh and coffee ☕️ . Its extremely rare for me to buy in chick fil A but things changed, now im stopping by anytime from now on

I went to the Crosby location tonight and ordered my food with no pickles I am very allergic and I informed the guy who took my order I was assured there would be no pickles . I get home open the box and double check and what’s on my burger pickles so not only am I not able to eat when I try reaching out to the restaurant there is not a direct line to reach someone and they close in a few minutes. This is outright ridiculous
